I started going to reach to get back on track with stretching. There are great health benefits as well. I have had 4 sessions and already feeling great. They make you feel so comfortable and explain every stretch and why it is necessary. I am a golfer and it has made a big difference in my swing. I will start by saying that I was a complete skeptic - I did not think stretching once a week on a weekly basis would prove beneficial. And to prove my theory I committed to doing nothing outside of the appointments for 7 weeks - no stretching, no massages. Since I was pregnant with my first child in 2015, I've been plagued with chronic back issues; constant pain in either my lower back or my neck or my shoulders. I was so fed up and tired of complaining that I decided to give Reach a chance. As I sit here today, I cannot believe that there is not one area plaguing me. I have had great experience at this studio. I bumped into an add on Instagram and it's the best thing that ever happened to me. The staff is very professional and very knowledgeable. I have received two sessions and feeling so much better. I have had lower back and pelvic pain for the last 5 years. This began a year after I had our son. Highly recommend trying the Stretch Factor. I was referred by a friend and have been returning ever since. As a 60+ individual with 30+ yrs of rheumatoid arthritis there are lots of areas where my body needs help. The stretching has improved flexibility and stamina. We've worked very hard at loosening joints and waking up muscles that have been sidelined for years. My back no longer hurts, the sciatica that was there the first visit is gone, and my gait feels like I'm 15 years younger. You will feel those sleepy muscles waking up. I had a slight limp when I arrived for my appointment. I hoped I'd find some relief from IT band pain I'd been experiencing for several weeks. I work out 2 x weekly and the pain didn't seem to lessen over time. I was AMAZED that after 1-hour with Ryan the pain was gone! Oh, I felt a little tinge of pain later that afternoon, but it vanished within a few hours...and it is now 8 days later and I have no pain. I was unfortunately in a car accident back in June 2019 and I have been suffering with lower back problems ever since. I work in a warehouse and lift boxes all day. I need to be able to move. I had a friend who said she had gone here and I thought to myself really? Stretching? But then I remembered back to my Army days and partner assisted stretching and how it helped me get a deeper stretch than what I could get on my own and decided to try it out. If you had asked me if I would sign up for a membership for this and drive across town for it beforehand I would've laughed at you, but let me tell you; it's changed my life! One day I was in the ER the next I went to see Chris and I was able to walk comfortably again. This is really helping me towards getting back to where I was before the accident. The way I feel when we are finished it a complete 180 from when I arrive. Chris especially is highly knowledgeable in the body, movement, how to stretch, how far to push you, ways that you would never even think. AMAZING STAFF!! I walked in and was immediately greeted and offered water. We came looking for options for our daughter who is an athlete and struggles with flexibility. Coming in for the free demo was a great choice and our experience was AMAZING! The gentlemen who helped us explained everything to us regarding her current flexibility, tips & tricks to overcome her struggles, and who the best instructor would be for us moving forward. We had bought a groupon and tried to schedule an appointment...talk about discrimination. Till I was trying to book an appointment they were the most pleasant people I have ever spoken to, the moment they realized I was going to use a groupon, their behavior and tone changed as if I was I was trying to sell them something at their doorstep unsolicited! Here is the story, I tried to set up an appointment online and it showed me open slots for a Friday I wanted but wouldn't let me schedule, so I called. The lady realized I was using a groupon and told me they don't have anything on Friday. I told her I could see open slots online and she said oh yeah they just opened up....okay, gave them the benefit of the doubt. They called and messaged that Friday and said sorry we have to cancel please call and reschedule. I did, same story the tone drastically changed! Again they called on the day and canceled and said please reschedule. When I call to set up the rescheduled appointment, the same story. In fact they had so many open slots, I picked the slot I wanted, and they tried to reserve it they asked if I was using a groupon and suddenly those appointments weren't be available anymore! They canceled on us again and I decided it was a waste and if that's how they treat potential customers, I'm not interested in being one! Looking for someone to buy our groupon now! read more

Came in for the introductory demo and it was beyond awesome!!! I was greeted promptly and the girl working the desk was kind and very sweet. I felt very welcome. My session was with Chris the General Manager. He was very patient and took his time and listened to me during the evaluation. My session was absolutely fabulous and I felt great afterwards. Chris excellent he is knowledgeable,patient, gentle, and I felt very comfortable with him. I highly recommend stretch factor for your mobility and flexibility needs. When I first visited the stretch factor in Katy, I was encouraged and felt it probably helped however after going a couple of times, I found I had to be very guarded as I had shoulder surgery a year before, neck problems and a hip replacement (5 years old). I did not think they were as careful nor as knowledgeable about the issues I had experienced. I had been a runner for many years and now a power walker. I thought the stretching would be good but after a few visits, I found that it was hurting more then helping. I was not feeling it where they thought I should be feeling it. I started back to PT for shoulder and neck and the PT advised me to stop the intense stretching. I tried to freeze my contract and then cancel it but to now avail. I wish they would have explained that I was signing such a binding contract. they will not let me out of it without a doctors note and then may not refund my money for the two months I have not used it. I am very disappointed they treat this like buying a house or car. Ridiculous. read more
