I felt the exercises were too easy for where I was at vs. what was "protocol". I liked that Crom felt like a hip gym rather than a geriatric facility. The way they train is fantastic & stands out amongst the competitors. I always had Gabby, Tyler and Amanda work on me together in tandem. I'd come in, was always taken back promptly and they would all 3 take turns working on me and tell me what to do next. This system of "group training" vs. one trainer split about 2-3 patients is way better. I never found myself just "sitting" and "waiting on what to do next". They have a great, positive attitude. I think it really helped keep me motivated and for me to try my best every time. I also enjoyed chatting with the other people training around me and having some good laughs. Dr. Roy was great to work with and he is clearly very knowledgeable and has a friendly demeanor. You won't go wrong coming here!

I called to reschedule my appointment from the 7th and the appointments that I had scheduled the following week for the week of the 18th and the 25th every Tuesday and Thursday. Fast forward I had to reschedule my flight from the 17th to the 19th of December due to the same family emergency and completely forgot to call on Monday to reschedule my appointment on the 19th. I admit it was the last thing on my mind and only remembered mid flight on Tuesday. Today I was running late for my appointment but on my way when I realized I was not going to make it by 8.15. I called at 8.09 saying that I was running late but most likely not going to make it in 4 minutes. I was more than happy to forgo the 15/20 mts that I was late if they would still have me or I could come in later. No one picked up and I left a voice mail message. Get a message a couple of minutes later saying all my appointments were cancelled and had to call on the day for Availability. I called again and explained that I just tried to call to let them know I was running late but on my way and that I left a voicemail message and I was faced with a rude front of house staff that insinuated that he was there all morning and didn't get any phone call or voice mail message and proceeded to tell me I had a cancellation on the 7th (I rescheduled didn't cancel) and a no show on the 19th and today that's why all appointments were canceled and proceeded to give me attitude when I tried to explain what the situation was, which only left me more aggravated and frustrated than I already was. My deductible has been met this year and all my appointments are fully covered so I was trying to do my best to still make it to my appointments since next year I will have to pay for these sessions . The arrogance and attitude that I got this morning made me want to forgo all my appointments. I will find another clinic next year, for my PT and will gladly pay. Bare in mind that I'm a returning patient that has been to the clinic before without any issues. This is not a reflection on my therapist that was wonderful but a sad consequence of a misunderstanding and how poor customer service impacts patients.

Most notable experience was using dry needling and the Neubie / Neufit machine. The needling helped relax and stimulate his high tension areas. The Neubie was the coolest part. It has stimulator patches that send electrical pulses to help calm the tension. She did a full body evaluation, found different points of diss alignment, and advised small changes to everyday posture (like different position while driving the car). She recommended a pillow and at home muscle stimulator which are both extremely reasonable in price. All in all, a great experience. Theresa is skilled and personable, and gives every patient so much attention room and care. The entire culture of the clinic is warm and friendly--everyone greeting me by name. I have a very low pain tolerance, yet Huy is extremelyyy patient and encouraging to motivate and guide me through all the exercises to make sure I'm reaching the necessary intensity and milestones for my recovery journey within a safe measure. They also have other assistants helping out during the exercises and all of them are very kind. My sleep improved after the first session, but after the remaining 4 sessions I felt the treatment was quite impersonal. A simple tongue from Dr Gong, "improving" but not asking me how I was or how I felt. Have had several acupuncture over the years but never the harsh, double taps on the needle that would leave me bleeding in many points and even needed to "heal" from over several days. And there was a big push for me to buy the tea..when asked told it was for "digestion" though I have no digestion issues. Not told what was in the tea, I resisted buying it, but was given some pressure each time. Lastly, not having Dr Gong take out the needles for a quick, final check in, but her front desk person taking out the needles...just added to the impersonal, assembly line feel. When I asked about it, the person at the desk couldn't explain the product or charge but had already processed it before I could dispute it. The product looked like it had been partially used, and there was a sticker placed over the original label. After peeling it off, I found the exact same product online for $14 less--brand new and unopened. This felt unprofessional and left me with a poor impression of the business.
