I visit this location often and every single time I come in, I am treated rudely. If I say,…read more"hello"...why is it too difficult to respond "Hello" back? If I ask a question, why am I met with an answer, "I will tell you when I get finished with this transaction." If this was a one time thing, I would NEVER bring it to the publics attention but its multiple times. I have never stepped in this facility and felt I was treated in a kind manner. However, The Donation Room...the gentlemen that work this area are on point. Friendly, they meet you at the door to help bring items in and they have always thanked me for my donation. The ladies could learn a thing or two from them.

She was sarcastic and said "Because that's what I have in them." She would not negotiate any on the purchase of both of them. Asking $125 for two incomplete wii systems in bad shape when they go for $30-$40 anywhere else complete is ridiculous for a used "junk shop". I nor my wallet will ever be back here.

Then, the manager of the store started yelling and told us to leave when voices were raised. If anything she should be terminated immediately, that is not how you run a business. She has a LOT to learn about retail, and she doesn't even know a tenth of any of it, I know 100 times more about it than she does because I was in retail for a long time. One of these days she will do the same thing to someone else and it won't be good for her at all or that volunteer who refused to move over when politely asked to.
