Several of our friends from around the country told us about this wonderful little place called "DAB'ling Divas" located inside The Marketplace Store. We had been hearing such great things that we decided to drive from our home in Washington DC to check it out. We were absolutely delighted from the moment we entered. The entire store is terrific but we were especially impressed with the "DAB'ling Divas" section! DAB'ling Divas carries a large variety of truly unique items that we have never seen anywhere else!! They have fabulous clothes, artistically designed shirts, lovely home decor, cool items for your favorite pet lover and awesome gift ideas. However, the reason for the one star is the customer service. We visited this shop one weekend and there was only one other customer in the store. The person working was standing close to the entrance door as we came in and never even looked at us let alone greeted us or said one word. She definitely saw us come in. It's a very small shop and we walked right by her. Then when we left she never said boo or looked our way. It was just plain rude and for this reason I will never return to this store. It's a shame that shopkeepers don't realize the importance of greeting your customers and making them feel welcome. For good customer service, I'm always willing to spend more money even if I feel the prices are way too high.
