Not the cleanest shop.. Not the most calm atmosphere. However, the young cats that cut got hands and I love taking my 3 year old here. Ramon usually does my sons comb over and hard part. I think all the guys are talented here but one did cut my son giving him a bald fade. Music is loud. Talk is not conservative. Company is YOUNG. Hair all over the floor. But its good work. Its a 5 star joint if tgey cleaned up better and werent so vulgur with language. I cant send any of my mom friends here but I would send any male friend or teen. "Reactions" cause they sure wanna see you have one. As a licensed Barber/Cosmetologist I would not recommend this place. I had my brothers go there because one of them needed a cut & this is where my other brother happens to go so I said hey can you take him because I haven't had time. Never again. They cut up his neck & couldn't even fade him up right. I had my brother take him back because $40 a cut? & it doesn't even look good. I only charge $20 & I was quick to realize I need to start charging more. He took him back & guy pretty much denied that it wasn't blended. It looks choppy. I came all the way from Antioch to see Pierre. He just started here and he is dope. He listened and did exactly what I asked. He got my beard right as well as my taper. I have been observing while I was in the chair and I see that all the barbers are talented. I met the Owner Rick. He is a down to earth guy. I also met a fellow Lakers fan who cuts here Diamond the "wave specialist" . Great atmosphere plenty of good food around this place as well. I highly recommend this shop. Reading the other reviews has me sad. I got great customer service here. My friend recommended Ric, but he wasnt in so i had Pat shave my sides and fix the mess a family barber left on top, he shaped it and made it look good. Atmosphere was chill, laughing and convo. I believe whatever you put in the universe you get it back- unknown My Godson has been going to Rick the barber for a while now, my daughter always took him to get his cuts and I have always been satisfied. Just a little hesitant to enter a "barbershop" there are certain stigmas an stereotypes that connected with them. Well today I was schooled- Reactions Barbershop was quite an interesting place. The place was clean, the barbers were well mannered/respectful, patient, and they have talent. My Godson was even satisfied, he's five. Good luck to the young me who are doing their best ! I love this place the most because of the diversity. Latino barbers cutting black hair with amazing precision! That's dope! My son gets his hair cut by Jorge. Jorge is amazing! My son walks out of there with a high top fade even Big Daddy Kane would have envied back in the day . I love the appointment scheduling system....all online and you get email and text message confirmations and reminders. It's a respectable establishment. The guys are young, so yes they are listening to the music of their generation but there is no vulgar conversations taking place. I feel comfortable waiting there with my other son who is only 4. There are no dudes hanging out in front of the door or around the place either, which is something I've experienced at other barbershops. I would give 5 stars but we've only been twice so I want to reserve giving a rating of perfection until we've had a few more appointments. read more

So I see a lot of bad comments about bad customer service, but like the saying goes "closed mouths don't get fed". I went to this shop today for the first time, never looked it up, I just saw it and needed a cut so I walked in. STOP!! DON'T GO HERE!!! They "conveniently" took down their price signs so they can charge you whatever they want depending on how long it takes these snails to cut hair. They charged me $40 for two kids hair cuts that took an hour and didn't even look good at the end of it. I will never come back here and I would recommend this place to no one! read more

Would have been nice for the barbers to ask me if I was a walk in or had an appointment when I walked into the barbershop and waited for over 30 minutes to get my haircut. Probably not the best business practice to not greet and communicate with potential customers when they walk into your place of business, especially if you are a business that operates on appointments. read more

Yesterday i asked for a haircut for my son who was next door doing Bazilian Jiu Jitsu so i told them id be back after he was done 6pm, the gentleman Riley came by gave me his card said he was closing and that hed give my son a free haircut the next day.
