They did all that very quickly and I'm happy with the workmanship. It is very nice to have a local jeweler with a highly experienced bench jeweler on site. Aside from all that, the people who work there have great attitudes and are very personable. I have a few loose stones I intend to mount and will be working with them for some custom work. To avoid further escalation, I paid the $30 and left. Afterward, I called a jewelry shop directly across the street and was told they charge $20 for the same service. It's just a little sterling silver ring, but it's basically rubies and diamonds to me. My grandma's boyfriend gave it to me when I was little. He was Native American and made turquoise jewelry and I've worn it all my life. Over the years the stones slowly fell out one by one. My grandma has Alzheimer's now, so getting it fixed meant a lot to me. Jose suggested using turquoise, lapis, and malachite to keep the original tri-color design, and it came out sooo pretty.
