Amazing Personal Touch from a knowledgeable and dependable team. I brought in my grandfather's vintage IWC watch and they brought it back to Perfection! It looks amazing and they're my go-to from now on.

Highly recommend! The owner of the store was super nice and honest and he didn't even charge me money for fixing my watch. I will highly recommend to using this company for any repair or purchase

Wide selection of reasonably priced watch straps

Stopped in to get a new strap for a thrifted watch and they were super helpful. They pulled out a few options that actually matched my style and what I had in mind, and were really patient while I went back and forth deciding. They also helped me set the date and time, which I had no idea how to do on this kind of watch.

    Watch with new strap

I brought in my dad's vintage Lord Elgin watch to be serviced and was met with absolutely incredible service. The watch was stuck and Ron opened it up and fixed the jam without charging me anything. He then suggested I wear it for a bit before going for a full $250 service. I practically had to insist on making a purchase that day! I told him I also wanted to replace the strap and he had a great selection. I picked out a strap, paid $30 and left the store. On my way home, I decided I really wanted a full service and decided to turn around and come back. He charged only $250 for a service of my vintage manual watch, which seemed extremely reasonable. He sourced original Elgin parts for replacement, gently polished the crystal and cleaned the whole movement. When I came in to pick up my watch he gave me some recommendations for how to take good care of it and told me to bring it back in if I have any problems with it. Ron was so sweet and excited about my little watch, I think he went above and beyond to bring it to usable condition. His selection of new Casio and Seiko watches also looked interesting. It seems like he has some models that aren't easy to source in the US. I will be back!!

Fast and friendly watch battery replacement for a fair price ($12-$15 depending on the type of battery).

Super helpful at watch repairs and education, even if you didn't purchase the watch from them. Great selection in store too!

The owner and one of his employees provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their attitude was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Instead of treating a long-time customer with appreciation, they spoke to me in a disrespectful manner that made me feel sick. What made the experience even more disappointing was the inconsistent pricing. Just last week, one of my friends whom I referred to this store was charged only $12 for a watch battery replacement and paid by credit card without any additional fee. Yesterday, I brought in four watches to replace the batteries, and I was charged $15 for each watch, plus tax, plus an additional 3% credit card processing fee. While I was there, another customer came in with one watch and was charged only $12 with no extra credit card fee. For years, I have referred many friends and family members to this store and regularly brought in multiple watches at a time--sometimes more than ten watches in a single visit. This is how a loyal customer was treated. I don't mind paying a fair price, but I do expect consistency, honesty, and respect. Unfortunately, I received none of those. There are many other watch repair shops in the area that offer fair pricing, excellent customer service, and treat every customer with respect. I no longer recommend this store and will be taking my business elsewhere.
