He is typically parked in the AIH parking lot, or some evenings at odd man rush brewery. Probably the best Philly cheesesteak I've had in Alaska. It had really great flavor. The cheese sauce was super tasty and spread evenly through out the meat. The veggies and meat are cooked well, and have a nice char to them. Customer service was excellent. The owner Kaleb is super friendly, and he had another employee with him that was also very nice. They sometimes have free ice cream bars for kids, which is such a kind gesture! There are a few other menu items besides the cheesesteak, but that's really what this truck is known for! Though I've heard the burgers are also good & will be giving it a try as well. If you're ever looking to try something different to eat in ER & happen to see this truck parked somewhere definitely give them a try! If you're a big cheesesteak fan give this truck a try.
