The check was cashed in June 2025 but then they never came out to check our septic system. I contacted them for over a month between July and August 2025 to see when they would complete the maintenance visit. I called and left voicemails, texted and emailed and it took 6 weeks to get a response. Eventually I said I just I needed a refund and finally I heard from Char with Superior Septic. She told me that Superior had come out and talked to my husband because we had low alarm levels. That never happened. My husband had never talked to them and we work from home and knew they had never come to our house. When I pushed back and said that never happened, she tried to describe the location of my house and where our septic system is, and it was incorrect. If any of that story was true, it was not for our house or septic system. I requested a refund at the end of August and Char agreed to provide one. It is now November, and Superior is ignoring all my attempts to contact them. However, when I called from a different number, Char picked up right away and then told me she had mailed a check "months ago" and would "check with their accountant and get back to me". Of course, that was another lie and she didn't call me back or respond to my follow up attempts to contact them. Oh and by the way- their periodic report is delinquent with the state of Colorado as of February 2025 and therefore they are operating their business illegally. Do not do business with these dishonest people.

I called their number to pay the invoice and I was told there's an additional tax, hidden fee of $21 for paying with check or money order and the amount on the invoice is for paying with cash only. The driver never mentioned the invoice was cash price or the additional charge neither did the receptionist when I requested service. That's the most expensive credit card fee or "additional tax" I have ever paid anywhere. Serrano won't get another chance to fleece me, I will take my business elsewhere.

Good communication for scheduling appt's and service tech arrivals at the job. Really bad at follow…read morethrough and fixing the problem. I had 2 heating zones in my home that were not heating. I met with James and he made it sound like an easy fix. Service techs (not James) showed up on time a couple days later and were very nice and respectful. They replaced 2 zone valves. One zone worked immediately. They could not get the other one to work. They told me to leave it on overnight and see if it would start up but it didn't. I called the office the next day and explained to the girl that it was still not working. She said she would talk to James and call me back that same day. I never heard from them again. Nothing! Also, when I called for the original appt. I asked the girl how they charged for service and she told me they charged $100 for the diagnosis but they would apply it to the charges if they did the work. They did not. They charged me $300 for two zone valve installations and added $100 on top of that. $400 total. Very expensive for 2 zone valves. I definitely would not recommend them!
