I would rate this company lower, but the scale doesn't allow it. I fired this water delivery company over a year ago because their customer service was absolutely horrible. I went with their competitor. Well, they bought out their competitor in April and the service has again been horrible. They have not been on time with a delivery in over 3 months! I have attempted several times to contact them but have been unsuccessful and they do not return contact at all. We often run out of the water and must buy bottled water. I have been a customer of ready fresh for about 3 years. Services was great up until primo water took over. Delivery is always getting delayed I have been waiting on. delivery since June 25, 2025. They respond with we are sorry but due to the route we had to move your delivery. Logistics is the problem. Really you merged companies and now all of a sudden it is a logistics issue. Sounds like they have let go of drivers. I am going to cancel my service and go with a different company. Yes it may be higher but I am willing to pay so I can get water 1 time a month. read more

SCAM! BUYER BEWARE! I used this company for a while. It was recently bought out by Primo. I had three deliveries delivered to the wrong apartment. I called about this multiple times. After the third time I was fed up and wanted to cancel the service. I had to call multiple times to get the cooler picked up as well. I was told that I would receive a credit for the last delivery and ended up with a final invoice for $137.00! I have spent countless hours on the phone with these folks for the to tell me I never called or emailed about the problems I was having. **BUYER BEWARE** I should have done my research before I agreed & signed up for this service in BJ'S on 7/3/25. I was given a delivery date of 7/10/25. I haven't received my delivery & everyday it changes w/o notification. I have to log in to see it's been changed for the following day. Today is the 10th, I spoke w/customer service around noon & was told delivery by 3:30 (no show), website shows by 5p (it's now after 6p - no show). Called back to be told I have delv scheduled for 14th, that I didn't schedule?? Rep proceeded to tell me she can get today's delivery scheduled after the 14th; absolutely NOT & UNACCEPTABLE. As a new customer this is a horrible experience and I will never recommend this service to anyone. The hold times to speak w/someone (including a manager) are extensive. Terrible experience. They did not deliver the promotional part of my order and now are confused as to what was ordered vs delivered. How do they not understand they see the same invoices I reference! While performing the first delivery (again didn't deliver the free promotional water) they took MY empties I had deposits on with Home Depot. So I'm out $15 plus tax for my deposits. It's been two weeks and they seem to not understand the issue after several explanations... the best explanation is they don't care. Nobody is this bad unless it's on purpose. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! Their phone operators will directly lie to you on the phone. I called to cancel my service (since you can't do it on your online account which is PREDATORY CLUE #1) because I was moving a no longer needed it. I was told I needed to be transferred to a Sam's Club ReadyRefresh person because I had signed up through Sam's Club (slightly predatory clue #1.5). I was transferred and promptly the call dropped. I did this process 5 more times before finally I reached a Sam's Club ReadyRefresh representative (PREDATORY CLUE #2). When speaking with this person, they seemed nice and accommodating. They told me directly that my service had been cancelled. I then asked whether I needed to return the equipment because I was moving and no longer needed it. They said no. I asked again, "Are you sure? If not I'm going to get rid of it." They said no. I asked one more time because I KNEW there would be hell to pay later on if this person was wrong. They said, "No, you've already paid for the cooler and don't need to return it. I said okay, thanks and we ended the call. Low and behold, 1 month later I get a text saying my next delivery is coming in 2 days. What delivery, you ask? The delivery for a service I cancelled a month ago? Yes. I called again today (this person was very sweet and accommodating) and am told that they can see that in their records, the service was supposed to be cancelled but it was not. They're apologies and they'll will stop the delivery and cancel my service again. But wait! She can't! Why? Because I still have my cooler equipment? What cooler equipment? Yes! The very same cooler equipment I asked the representative 3 times whether or not I needed to return. This new representative tells me that she won't be able to cancel my service and will switch me to her supervisor. Immediately the new supervisor tells me that I can't cancel my service because I still have the equipment. I catch her up to speed with everything I've been through and why I can't return the cooler. She tells me that she's sorry that there was a miscommunication but I'll have to pay for the cooler if I want to cancel my service. I let her know that I feel like I've been put in a very scammy situation since the original representative lied to me about BOTH my service being cancelled AND that I could keep the cooler equipment. She tells me she doesn't understand why the representative would say that because they representative can see on their end whether or not equipment has been returned. I say, exactly! Why would the representative tell me definitively that my account had been closed if she could only do so if my equipment had been returned and you can see in your records that the representative wrote down that she HAD closed my account. Needless to say, I'm offered a 50% discount for the equipment at $124.99 (PREDATORY CLUE #3). I take it because I don't want to make any further fuss even though I've either been lied to by the previous representative or it was their first day on the job and they were not trained properly at all. The current supervisor lets me know she can offer me a a case number that I can use if I want to call back to ask about this whole situation. I ask her if I will receive an email confirmation regarding my cancellation. She says no (PREDATORY CLUE #4). I ask if I can receive any kind of written documentation about our conversation or that my service has been canceled. She scoffs and just repeats that she can give me a case number to call back for. I let her know that, I understand that, but I was hoping for some kind of written documentation I can hold on to just in case I call back and a new representative lies and tells me I haven't cancelled my service or some new nonsense. The supervisor proceeds to get defensive saying, "I don't appreciate you insinuating that I would lie to you. I would never lie." Ma'am. Do you not remember the conversation we had a second ago? We called requested a delivery. They said no problem we can get to you on the 16th. Then they didn't show. So, we called, and they said they would be out on the 23rd. They didn't show up, rescheduled for the 29. Still didn't show up. When I called was told too bad. and that they never had any of these reschedules in the calendar and that I did not know what i was talking about. Was told i would get the delivery on Sept 3rd. Another no show. This company is still in denial that they have not made a delivery. Still tells me it would have been delivered between 8am-12pm. It is 2pm still no water. Tired of them changing dates and not letting me add more water to cover the dates they are not showing up. They can change on a whim, but the customer can't be accommodated. We went a whole month without water because I made the fatal mistake of taking the offer of "do you want to change your delivery to the next open date?" Hell no! I am a new customer. I did not receive my water. It was supposed to come today the 19th then I received a text late last night stating that they had to come on the 22nd. I am a heart patient with many doctor appointments so I called to let them know that I would not be in on that date and I live in a security building therefore they won't be able to get in. Then I read the reviews which I should have done before I ordered. Immediately I blocked my debit card and called RR back to cancel. They tried to give me a difficult time bribing me with empty promises but all I wanted to do was CANCEL. Finally after going back and forth they said that I was cancelled. They gave me a ticket number but refused an email or text confirmation of the cancellation. When it comes to SHADY this company takes first place. Good luck getting satisfaction from them. read more

Not a good company. Horrible customer service. The delivery drivers are super sweet and always on time, but management is horrible. Cannot speak to someone locally. All customer service is outside of the US. Problems can't ever get resolved. Love Perrier, Aqua Panna and some of the other great waters they deliver but they really have to change their business model. read more

I put up with them for a year because I just didn't have the time or energy to look for a replacement. my delivery instructions have been updated over and over again but seriously - how hard is it to ring the doorbell? no complicated instructions. just RING THE DANG DORRBELL! cancelled today - looking for replacement. todays delivery, the empties, and the 2 left from the last delivery are all in the driveway until they cone back in 2 days to pick it all up. so they will be picking up 5 gallon bottles of ice. welcome winter. read more

I try to give grace when companies screw up, but Ready Refresh was a pain in my ass when I had an account and here almost a year later, they are still a pain in my ass. I cancelled my account in June 2021 and they just randomly started charging my account again in MAY 2022!! I can't remove my payment information, because it's "required", even though I DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT. I had so many credits on my account when I cancelled that I had a NEGATIVE BALANCE. Which means they should have sent me a check, not charged my account. Choose someone else. It's not worth it and there isn't enough grace in the world to keep dealing with their mess. My ReadyRefresh water service has increased in cost every month. I am now trying to cancel their service, and have been passed around their phone system for over 15 minutes. When their representative FINALLY answered the call, she was adamant that we should "work something out" and tried my patience for another 10 minutes. VERY POOR customer service. For the last 2 weeks, I have been getting the run around. I received a water cooler that did not work. I was told they would pick up and replace. Yes they did replace the cooler , however never picked up the damaged one. They left the new cooler at the door. On one of our last deliveries they delivered a bottle that had a hole in it. Ordinarily that wouldn't be unheard of but it had a piece of tape covering it. Which means one of two things... A, they tried to hide it and deliver it anyway or B they don't inspect the bottles when the get them back. Both are unacceptable. That means during COVID times they will deliver contaminated water to a customer. I tried to reach out to a manager but they didn't bother to call back. The service is good , sometimes. Waste of time trying to call them if they let you run out of water. My office has been using Ready Fresh for a few years and am not giving them the boot. You can't get them on the phone when they let you run out and the online messaging is slow. ON line after giving the machine my account number 3 times they are saying I am not a customer after 3 years. Went in as a new customer and the machine says they do not come to my town. I was a customer of ReadyRefresh for about 9 months and my delivery time was late at least 3 times. That's a third of the time I was a customer. This is unacceptable. The last straw was when I had gotten a text telling me that my delivery would be delayed about 1 day. Not great but it was around the holidays, so I understood they were probably slammed with orders. So, I patiently waited 1 day. I then got a text the next day stating my delivery was pushed another day. Now it is getting annoying, but it is still just 2 days. Guess what happened the following day? You guessed it, I got another text saying I would have to wait yet another day. I got a confirmation text following saying they will deliver between 7a and 12 noon. I did not get my water. Nor did I get a call or text with an explanation. I had to look at the portal on the website to see that my delivery was pushed yet again, by 4 more days! That prompted me to cancel. Poor customer service. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY: They do not have the manpower to honor your contract, yet they expect you to honor it. They never show up when they are scheduled. No email, no reschedule, they just skip you unapologetically, but still charge your your monthly "service" contract fee. What good is that IF YOU HAVE NO PRODUCT??? I complained to the BBB and they just regurgitated their "policy" to the BBB. It is so, so rare for me to leave a bad review, but I 100% feel obligated to tell people to not do business with this company. If you try to cancel, they charge you.
