I used to love Lebleu I've been a customer for 21years and the customer service use to be top tier now it's trash. I called about my cooler leaking no one never called back I called about not being able to exchange my empties out at the warehouse they said no I couldn't do that because they had no way to scan them out. The guy in the warehouse had the scanner in his hand and asked Wendy if could release the bottles she said NO!!!! We have no way to release the bottles to you. I wa told to go to a quality mart to get water until they could deliver.Smh I'm done. read more

Water is very good, but delivery service could not be worse. On day of delivery, I'd receive an invoice saying "no delivery, no access". Never a phone call to advise they can't get in our building. This happened on multiple occasions, despite contacting their customer service every time and reviewing delivery instructions. Additionally, getting in touch with customer service is a nightmare. read more

This company saluting our service members? I'm a veteran and their delivered old bottle leaked and caused damage in my home. They told me to basically pound salt on $800 damages. Now I see they are giving credit to people adopting a dog or cat. Wow. This company doesn't truly care about you in my opinion. I feel they will do and say anything for business. Always liked the water decided to get the cooler delivery and water big mistake very poor customer service Mary who charged my card more than once when my account was supposed to be pay as you go charged twice in two weeks for the cooler after I went a week without water because the first cooler stopped working. I wasted 100.00 for a headache I had them pick up the cooler and unused water not worth the hassle. read more

Extremely poor customer service. I forgot to leave my empty bottles on the porch. I was home during the delivery, but rather than ring the bell to ask if I had any empty bottles to return, they slapped an additional four bottle deposit charge to my account. When I reached to customer service for resolution, basically the response was sorry, you have to wait until your next scheduled service for us to pick up the empty bottles and receive a refund. I will be shopping for a replacement water delivery service provider as I'm sure there are better alternatives in the area. read more

I recently received information about Le Bleu 5 day free trail, i signed up online and on Thursday March 21st, I received my cooler and 1 5 gallon bottle. The delivery person was Antonio from Greensboro. (I live in Charlotte NC). He came into the home originally very professional and as he was leaving he asked me was I singled, I informed him I'm into Women and he asked me can he take me on a date, he then informed me that he was only in charlotte to help out because they are low staff and he is a manger in the Greensboro area. At this time, I tell him thanks for everything and he said that someone will call me in 5 days to see how I like the product. At this time, he left an went to work van and I went on with my work. About 2 min later, i get a call a from a 336 number, i answered not knowing who it is. He said, "hi its Antonio, I'm sorry for calling but I'm a very honest person and I have a question, can I please break your back in?" I said excuses me, he then proceeds to tell me that I'm sexy and he really just wants to "break my back in" I tell him that's not happening and im extremely uncomfortable and he ignores me and keeps asking to "break my back in" he lets me know he has time since he doesn't have to go back to Greensboro till later, and he only needs a little bit. then ask me about my children. I tell him he is making me very uncomfortable, and I don't do anything like that, I then hang up. He texts me " my apologies, I wasn't expecting to walk in on all that" I was in shorts and a t-shirt in my HOME. This man came into my home, was inappropriate, asks me for sex and comments on what I have on in my OWN HOME. I reached out to customer service and was able to speak with the Operations manager and the VP of the RAL area. They both apologized for Antonios actions and said it would never happen again. The sad part about this is Antonio gets to keep his job, he just can't work in the charlotte area. This company is aware of the comments he has made via face to face, and text (all conversations were recorded, and text messages saved) how uncomfortable he has made me feel in my own home and he gets to keep his job. I hope anyone that may experience this or has experienced this has the courage to speak up. We welcome these people into our homes an use their services, we should never have to experience the level of discomfort, anxiety and sadness this employee/company has brought. read more

The water was great, the service was great , then it happened ....... they changed my delivery day without asking if it worked for me . We went without water for four days . I bought my own machine so I put there's on the porch along with the water and asked them to leave 4 5 gallon jugs . They took it all and left nothing . I called to get it resolved . They told me to wait four more days . I said that won't work. They said oh well we can't do any better . I cancelled ! No customer service! read more
