I placed an order with ReadyRefresh, and it has been delayed for over a month. Every time I try to contact customer service, the call automatically drops, making it impossible to reach anyone. The only way to get a live person on the phone is by calling their sales line, which is incredibly frustrating. Since changing ownership, they have not gotten one delivery correct. On one delivery, they delivered my order to my neighbor's house 75 years away. After many years of Poland Spring water delivery, we're looking for a replacement service. Would never use them again. Had monthly deliveries for years from them . They were purchased by Primo brands and they are now terrible. Impossible to get someone on the phone. Deliveries never show up on time or at all. We had a monthly recurring delivery which hasn't shown up in 2 months now. No response to emails . Horrible company.... Stay away! read more

Just simply put, won't deliver! Every month it gets worse, 1 day then 2 then 3, etc. this past month I've been waiting for two weeks! Every day getting a "your delivery will come tomorrow", then followed up by a "we changed our delivery schedule" . Talked to two different reps, one said they talked to my local distributor and guaranteed my delivery would come the next day, never happened, more texts. The next rep basically lied, said the same thing. I now believe I will never get my delivery, because it's too inconvenient for them. Cancelling, talking to my bank to ensure they never steal and bill me, since I've also heard that is a common practice of theirs. Also thinking about contacting the BBB about them. Costco, Westbury, NY July 18, 2019 - Ready Refresh has a table with a "sweet deal" for Poland Spring 5 gal bottles with a free hot and cold dispenser( just a deposit required) also w free delivery and free cancellation anytime. Plus I call when I need it with no minimum. I live in Gramercy Park in Manhattan and Mom just got a new house in Hicksville 24 miles east of me in Long Island. It seemed convenient, practical for Mom and hey, it's Nestle right......!! July 25, 2019 - Everything delivered by Kendrick, retired USMC and a cool guy. August 6-18 - Mom was in the ER and ICU at the hospital. It was rough but she came back home. She stated that the big bottles and her rate of consumption - barely a fraction in those 24 days was not worth it. August 19- I called and cancelled. August 26 - they picked up the dispenser but not the unused bottles( per FDA guidelines per the rep). TUESDAY, AUGUST 27 - THEY DELIVERED 5 NEW FIVE GALLON BOTTLES AND PUT THEM BY MOM'S FRONT DOOR. They banged my credit card for the new unauthorized delivery. I called CS immediately - oh, can't you use them? Ma'am you just picked up the machine/dispenser 18 hours ago. RR - let me get back to you. No call back. Called their Corporate Office( Greenwich Ct) at 203 531 4100 four times and kept getting a voice mail for Karen, Assistant to Henrik Gelert, EVP. Left her 3 messages Tues, Wed and Thurs. I called Friday and a very rude lady said to me at 11:55 am verbatim," Don't you know this is Labor Day weekend. Let me transfer you to the President's office." I bonded with Mozart for 38 minutes. No one picked up. Called again yesterday and today. Finally got Karen who was disinterested and really did not care. Arrogant and talking at me, not to me. " So you don't want to be billed for the new delivery....?" WOW!! Please be aware, kindly be cautious and don't be as impulsive as me when you may be in this situation. My options - 1) My buddy Sam was back stateside and visited Mom last weekend. I have been receiving Poland Spring deliveries for more than 30 years. Since ReadyRefresh assumed the account, deliveries, service, communication, and ordering have been terrible. Worse is their website. It has been redesigned, seemingly to be user unfriendly. Delivery changes are nearly impossible. No customer service. Hopefully I will find another service soon. Stay away. If you need water and Ready Refresh was the only source left on the planet, drink seawater. Read the reviews (scattered all over because there isn't a single repository for comments). The billing issues are accurate. We've had them for as long as we've been customers. This review focuses on delivery. Our mindless driver is too lazy to drop our water off at our office where they should - and consequently never pick up the empties. At one point we had over 24 empty bottles piled up. We have a single commercial driveway that their driver blocks so no one can get into or out of the commercial parking lot. The driveway is NOT designed for trucks. And good luck getting anyone at this company on the phone. They simply don't answer it. Seems they could save thousands by completely disconnecting their telephone lines. read more

A neighbor got a delivery from this company and the driver parked across my driveway for ten minutes and I couldn't park in it when I came home. I said to the driver "please don't block my driveway next time" and he got an attitude with me. Your parking needs are not my concern. had a delivery for sept 14th to clean our water dispenser. Ready Refresh never showed up, pushed back 2 weeks. No one calls us or tells us why no one showed up. I called the day before to confirm, and the day of called late in afternoon to check status. Was told they would be there. Called asked for super visor to call us back. 5 hours later super visor calls and says he can't hear anyone and hangs up. Horrible business, Horrible customer service. Edit on August 17th. I'm now on my third rescheduled date. This is a complete failure on their part. Spoke with a commercial business person earlier today who was getting a delivery from a ReadyRefresh truck right there in front of me. His quote, "I have never had a problem with them." So apparently, commercial businesses have taken precedence over residential customers. The trucks are indeed out and about, just not delivering to all customers. Started out wonderful, but has been VERY unreliable the past 3 months. Continually cancelled and rescheduled EVERY delivery now. Am currently on my 2nd day of cancellation. My place of employment used ReadyRefresh and had the same problem and switched. Now I must look to do the same. Exactly what am I paying you for if you can't deliver on the dates you say you will? Ready Fresh water delivery is the worst. They never deliver the water when they say they will - but they can email you every day trying to sell other products. Delivery drivers are great but the service itself is extremely poor. This is the worst company we have ever dealt with. It's actually NO STAR but that wasn't an option. We cancelled the order after one month and every month they are still charging us. We even cancelled our current credit card and got a new one, and they are now putting the charge on our new card. We will have to cancel that particular credit card all together now. We only got water once in our apt and did not deliver to our door but left it in the mailroom with no name. We needed to get a trolley to bring it upstairs. I'm not a customer, but one of my neighbor's deliveries (I don't know who it is) was left at my front door, partly blocking it. I called up Poland Spring's delivery number right upon noticing (within an hour) and they didn't really care. They first said just keep it, but I told them I have a torn ligament in my hand/wrist--which is in a brace--and can't lift the 5 gallon jug. So they said someone will come to pick it up. Worst customer service ever and the website literally never works. I was trying to cancel my deliveries and service for over a month and had to resort to commenting on their instagram posts to finally get someone to respond to me! The prices are truly exorbitant. First, we bought the machine for $160. Then that one broke. We got a new one sent. Then they told us we have to get it professionally cleaned which was about $100. My order of 5, 5 gallon Poland spring jugs with the fees and delivery came out to $85 per order. That is $17 per jug. At the supermarket, the 2.5 gallon jug you put in the fridge is $4. That means I was paying $17 with Ready Refresh compared to $8 at the supermarket for the same amount of water. Let's not forget the costly machine and the necessary professional cleanings.
