I first found Richard's Water Service when my kids were complaining about the taste of the water in…read moreour (then) new house, and the new faucets were getting stuck with mineral deposits. I got a price from my plumber and then called Richard to compare. He was much cheaper, and would only charge me for filters that needed replacing. He came 6 months later to see if I needed any of the filters replaced, or if we could go yearly. After that, he came like clockwork and he'd show me ones that were still 50% clear and tell me they didn't need replacing. He'd even come, say they were all fine, and no charge! He never tried to upsell me. We put in a full system for the water main, and an extra set under the kitchen sink for drinking and cooking water. I was always happy. I'm now in a different house with different water issues. He told me I didn't need as much filtering. Imagine someone selling systems and replacements, telling you you should buy less! He's very responsive, always prompt, leaves everything cleaner than before. I wish he was a full time plumber/electrician/you name it, because I wish I could have all my repair people like him.
