My negatives are the confusing price structure, the difficulty connecting my audiovisual devices and lack of continuity between the hotel and the event staff. I initially thought I was spending $3-$4000 but ended up spending over $6k. They would benefit from a brochure or printed materials explaining the pricing and the audiovisual connections so clients would have a clearer understanding of what they were signing up for. The hotel staff didn't know anything about the block of rooms I reserved and wouldn't give me the agreed price when I wanted a room on the spot. Ultimately my guests were happy but some did not get appetizers or any food at all because it is quickly removed. I would only recommend this venue if you have a lot of flexibility with your budget.

The chair I rented was beautiful and it was delivered on the dot of allotted agreed time. We were running a little late to end the event, and The guy who came to pick up the chair was so nice and accommodating and again, communication was on point.
