    Small business and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Very flexible with rentals and cost very reasonable. Highly recommend them.

I asked her for the contact information and she sent me the website for Sweet Gifts which I saved onto my "Favorites" links on my phone. Fast forward one year later... I'm planning my own socially distanced "drive by" and "drop in" baby shower with close friends and family. One of the first businesses that I inquired was Sweet Gifts because I've always wanted a balloon garland. However, Sweet Gifts is more than just balloons, balloon walls, and garlands -- they also do custom laser cuts and engraving and grass backdrop rentals as well! Their balloon work is so aesthetically pleasing and they really take their time to curate an impressive look for your event (if you don't believe me, check out their Instagram for some of their beautiful work!). I went with the grass backdrop rental, laser cut, and a ready-to-hang garland to display. The team came on time and was able to set everything up within 2.5 hours! They also wore masks throughout the whole setup and always knocked on the door to make sure to get my opinion on the display. I received several compliments from our guests and have told them all about Sweet Gifts! Additionally, they came back later that evening to take down the grass backdrop and left us with the ready-to-hang garland and laser cut for us to keep. When it comes to payment, you will pay 50% for your reservation and then 50% the day before. They also accepted payment through various methods. I definitely plan to use Sweet Gifts for future events!

My…read moreguests were amazed at how beautiful the balloons and cutouts carried the "Woodlands animals" theme. We were able to keep all the signs to use in the baby's room. When the crew arrived they were very professional and done so quickly I couldn't believe it. I have found kits that you can buy to make displays but I cant imagine ever being able to make something so beautiful. Jen was amazing, she felt like some of the design elements would crowd the space and made some suggestions that were even better than the original ideas. I highly recommend this company for that special design for any event.

They were so helpful from the first planning visit, through picking of vendors to renting/returning supplies. Each time I could not have been more pleased with the planning process and the results. They started by coming to my home or the event venue and listened to all the thoughts and ideas we envisioned. They then emailed us a detailed and organized party plan that pulled our ideas together and included vendor suggestions, links to items to purchase and suggestions for decor. They also provided invaluable set up and styling of all the party items on the day of the event. They really elevated each party to something that we could have never done on our own. This competition was a scavenger hunt where ten couples competed to win a $50,000 wedding. Taylor & Hov worked together to have their favorite vendors contribute their services. To our shock and surprise, WE WON! Following our win, Taylor & Hov designed and executed the perfect wedding for us. Not only did it provide us the opportunity to work with some of the best vendors in DC, but Taylor & Hov's creative talents far exceeded our expectations. When we first started our wedding planning, we had only a vague idea of what we wanted. Despite this, Sugar was able to create an event which really spoke to our personalities. We spoke to her about our mutual love of music, and she found a way to incorporate this into every aspect of the day, with programs made of records and place settings created out of cassette tapes. Moreover, during our highest stress moments, Sugar and Nar saved the day with their eagerness to help with both large and small details, from changing the venue at the last minute to putting together a signature cocktail that our guests still won't stop talking about. Being of a different culture than my fiancé, I struggled to find a decorator that could envision the style I wanted for my wedding and work well with me and my crazy schedule. In walked Masuda and Nadia from Enchanted Events. I could immediately tell that the experience with them was going to be different than the other decorators I had dealt with. Masuda and Nadia came prepared with ideas based on the details I had given them when I requested a quote. They had done their research prior to meeting with me and went out of their way to make it a productive meeting. I knew immediately that I was in good hands. Their professionalism was impeccable: I could always count on them to follow up and follow through. Their flexibility was greatly helpful: they were able to recommend lower budget options and still maintain the style I wanted. Earlier this month, on the day of the wedding, they executed our plans perfectly and were able to improvise beautifully on some unforeseen details. I received many compliments on how elegant and intimate of an atmosphere we had at our wedding reception, which was exactly the atmosphere I wanted to create. Finding Enchanted Events was the greatest stress-reliever during wedding planning. Their professionalism reassured me that the decor was in good hands and allowed me to focus on the more important things.

First, to make this clear: Scott is the owner of Great Scott Party Rental. Love the name btw! Scott, from the onset, replied to my message quickly ( on like a Saturday night). What he didn't know was that I was a little bit in panic mode. The company that I had tried to work with prior to Great Scott, at first told me they had 20 tents available, then... in a blink of an eye, they had only 8 available. But that whole story is for another review. Scott was super friendly, responsive, and easy to work with over the phone. Not only was the whole customer service end of this transaction a dream, but Great Scott EASILY beat all the prices for other 10x10 tents I was looking at with other vendors. And I literally researched 20 different tent vendors in the area. And I'm not exaggerating when I say 20. I'm probably under-exaggerating, it was probably more like 25. Scott was running a summer special with the tents for 40 bucks a piece when I booked. The next cheapest place I found them was like 75 dollars. But it gets even better, part of the proceeds from every tent rental was going to an organization called CASA which advocates for children who've had a rough go at life. But literally to boil this down, Scott is like some sort of Tent Vending Wizard. It was like... oh crap, I forgot to ask Scott this. I would send him an email, and he would respond with either an email or a phone call within 24 hours, most of the time within 2-3 hours. And ya know what his weather policy is, paraphrasing: " We understand that weather happens, don't worry, we won't penalize you". I believe that the deposit you put down can go to a future rental and then you just cancel what you need cancelled. All other tent companies I was looking at, it was like "you pay 50 percent of the total bill", or "we take your first-born", or "you set up tents for us now." Something insane. Not Scott though. I honestly, and this sounds horrible, I was waiting for the other shoe to drop. I was like... interactions with a tent vendor can't be this good. I was like thinking to myself, "oh I'm sure he'll be 2 hours late the day of." Or maybe all the tents he sets up are gonna be like brown with mold. Nope. SHOE NEVER DROPPED. Scott was early to the job site AND His tents were super crisp white. I was a little surprised that he didn't bring a staff with him, but after I saw him start working, I was like. He's such a boss, he killed this job so quick. He didn't need a staff. He showed up that night to pick up the tents. With other companies, that's usually a huge additional charge (looking at you Gaithersburg Party Rental). No extra charge. I mean, I'm telling you. I don't think that my experience could have gotten better. It is so bloody nice to work with someone who is customer service oriented, is hard working, has integrity for his work, and is responsible and punctual. Oh, and the cherry on top of this awesome experience cake. I rented some extension cords from Scott. He insisted that he didn't charge to rent extension cords. The day came for our event, and we had a ton of rain, so our order for tents was cut by like 60 percent. So I was like... "Scott, let me pay you for these extension cords. I feel bad, you're coming out to set up like 9 tents when we originally ordered 25." And he was like... "I've never charged anybody for extension cords as long as I have been doing this, and I"m not gonna start today." Beat that, just try to beat that, anyone. This guy is tops. I think there is no doubt, but just in case there was a shadow of doubt: I will be using Great Scott Party Rental for any parties that come up where I need ANYTHING that he has.

The last company that we used for my son's birthday party charged us an outrageous price and came 15 minutes BEFORE the event started. After doing some research I believe IBOUNCE USA has the best prices and services. They delivered the moon bounce, the chairs and tables on time. The tables and chairs were in excellent condition and the Moon bounce was very clean! They had everything set up in time for me to decorate, which was one less thing to stress about. The booking process went very smooth. I will say they respond very quickly and explain the prices and procedures in detail. They're a company that communicates very well to their customers. I highly recommend that you use IBOUNCE USA for your party rental needs. I will definitely use them for our next party.
