First, they said they had a painter, but that wasn't true. Then they came to replace the trim on…read moreour windows that had been damaged by hail. They cut the trim too short on some windows exposing the wood beneath. Some of the trim edges don't match up. Each window was caulked VERY badly. We asked them to come back to fix it. Weeks and weeks later they showed up and 'fixed' it when we were gone. The caulking job is still horrendous and the wood still exposed. Now I have to go back and paint around every window because the caulking is still smeared all over. I am embarrassed if anyone gets close to my windows! I would never use them again.

Gave me information that previous companies had not mentioned. - Gave estimate for future work. Cons: - Showed up later than time range given but I understand that it's difficult to know how long each appointment will take.
