We tried to get in contact with her office and got no return call. I had to go in personally to the office and confront them to get it taken care of. It took four days for them to get a repair person out. There was tons of little repairs that they never took care of. On top of all that when we moved out we did above and beyond on her list of things to get done before move out. She ended up coming up with false things that she claimed we didn't get done so she keep a large amount of our deposit. We were the best renters and she totally took advantage of us.
