I wish we would of researched more on inspectors and found one that actually had decent reviews and…read morethen had 2 or 3 inspect the house. I've never heard of inspectors charging more to come out and reinspect after repairs were done. But we're new to this area and I know everywhere does things differently. My next red flag should of been the fact that if there was any issues he should of caught he's only liable for the amount you paid him. $300. Next, we weren't allowed to go to the inspection with him. What I mean is we set up a time to be there Wed @2pm. He didn't even call us to tell us he was going early. My realtor did and it was already too late. We were over 2 hrs away. We purposefully set it up later. And he didn't have the decency to let us know. We hired him, not my realtor, us. Next the stuff on our inspection wasn't everything. He missed A LOT. We had a brown recluse infestation, which apparently he said he isn't allowed to tell us about live organism issues. Then there was a wall outlet in the garage that was MELTED. and it wasn't covered by anything. Next there was a MASSIVE hole in the spare bathroom that was very obviously patched over in the tub. Next he put black stuff that needs to be cleaned up under the sink of the master bathroom. Under that same sink on the other side that wasn't in the report was a HUGE hole into the wall where rats came in and a TON more black stuff which resulted in a massive mold remediation for our entire master bathroom into our garage,my 3 month old son and I getting sick because of it, and because of both bathroom issues costing us $15,000. Our entire savings. All of this could of been avoided. For caring about military or just people in general, this was a very inconsiderate and professional job. I wouldn't recommend him or our realtor Tony Cappuccio.

Very well done, he took his time to check everything. Humble, honest, and did outstanding. I would…read moredefinitely recommend him to any military family like ourselves.

If someone else calls. I'm going to give it to them." As you should. Sir, I never asked you to do that nor did I expect you to "hold my spot". I know how business works. I didn't like the snappiness but called him back and decided to have him do the home inspection anyway. Maybe he just had an off day/moment. He promised same day write up of the inspection and his availability to answer any and all questions if we had them. Inspection was slotted for 12:30PM. Great. The evening after the inspection was complete, I sent a text saying I hope the inspection went well and asked for a paid copy of the invoice as my lender/insurance company needed it for their records. I hadn't yet received it to my email as it was expected after payment. No response from him via text. The following day I called and left a voicemail where I mentioned the text, copy of the paid invoice and the review he said he'd have the day prior. Again, no response. The inspection report came the evening of my phone call (over 24 hours after it was promised) and the copy of the invoice came 2 days after my phone call (7 days after payment). It's honestly no big deal that the report didn't come the same day. The problem is that you start the owner-client relationship by getting snappy with a customer, then over promise and under deliver with the same day report, AND you ghost the customer after receiving payment. I never got a follow up text or phone call after reaching out to him several times. He just sent over the information without so much as a check in or apology for a short delay in services. If you're busy, I completely understand that. Communication goes a long way. Reason for rating: poor customer service and lack of communication. Next time, we'll probably go with someone else.

We actually picked a date and had to reschedule due to the sellers having the gas turned off(we didn't know this) and he was more than accommodating in rescheduling. He came highly recommended from many people we knew who work in the real estate industry. He did a very thorough inspection and caught a few things I actually didn't notice when we had inspected the home. He also got our inspection report back to us same day, although that was not expected. If you need a good home inspector I highly recommend Whipp home inspections!

It took the subcontractor 5 weeks to finish the siding job and we have lost siding at least 6 different occasions. They did provide an 8 year warranty. Yes I said 8 that is not a typo. But after the third time we lost siding Gary Handy blew off our request for repair, Erik Salazar finally sent someone out to make the repair. All in all we have had siding come off in the same spots a total of 6 times. Replaced aluminum siding with vinyl siding and their salesman, Preston said it would hold up better than the aluminum. Now that we are demanding they make a permanent fix Mike from the Yukon office all of a sudden is saying they don't know anything about siding. I give them one star because it is mandatory.

They are a local company, had excellent communication, came when they said they would, completed the work efficiently, and cleaned up very well. After the roofers left, I didn't find a single stray nail around our property. We were MOST impressed with our representative, Danny Crotts. In our opinion, Danny went above and beyond. He helped us navigate pushback we received from the insurance company and really stayed on them to help us get as much as we could toward the replacement cost. He was patient, flexible, and honest. We trusted him very much. I highly recommend Salazar Roofing and I would work with them again in a heartbeat... although I do hope it's years and years before I have a need to. :-)

We gave the notice and when it came closer to move out date we requested an inspection so that way we would know ahead of time if there where anything we would need to pay for or if there was any damage which there really wasn't. Only thing was carpet was needing to be removed for sure. The "inspector" said we had nothing to worry about and we would get the deposit back and the carpet cleaning will have to come out. He said not to worry about anything else. While out of the country we received a letter to our temp forward address of our bill. Mind you we did clean but I did not leave it in better condition Then when we moved in. Mind you I know the carpet is bad and the oven wasn't perfect and I didn't not do a perfect job dusting. But everything else was clean. So I understood that charge. We got charge for a paint job close to 300$ when our "inspector" told us not to worry about it. (Made by our tv mount). And we got charge for the washer/dryer door that we had removed because our washer and dryer wouldn't-have fit. We were told they were missing. So we got charge for it, when we left it in the closet. I know for a fact. We paid nearly 700$ for full month rent when we moved out on the 5th and were still billed an extra 300$ something.

I live back home with our kids since his job requires him to be gone so much. This past weekend we came to visit and I noticed stains all over the carpets. Not only is there paint but actual food and juice stains everywhere. I have vacuumed the carpet 6 times in two days just to try and make it somewhat decent but it's absolutely disgusting. Clearly, it was never cleaned before move in. When i went in to let the office know the lady wasn't the friendliest, she stated "i don't know the quality of the carpets now but They were cleaned at move in" I've been cleaning for years and i know that moving into new places you should always expect to clean again before putting your stuff away... but never once have i ever been in a place where they didn't at least clean the carpets first!! The apartment was dirty and the carpets are dirty. Like literally, you can feel the dirt in the carpet. The carpet sticks to the pad so even vacuuming it it doesn't bounce back like normal carpet. It's filthy and not sanitary. I'm aware it's been a month since my husband moved in but he has not been here! I'm aware it's his bad for not saying something sooner. But this is still unacceptable to oven offer a home when the floors are so dirt. We can't even walk barefoot because your feet get so dirty.
