Got it with zero sugar cuz summer means mangoes are in season and super sweet. Service was fast. Used the ordering kiosk, waited maybe 5 min and boom drink was ready on the counter. I stopped in here with my cousins for some refreshing drinks. Surprisingly, it was quite busy, with several customers waiting and more coming in, plus online orders. It took a little while before we could even place our orders and even longer before they were prepared. This is by no means a complaint or criticism of the lone worker. She was doing her best, and quite an amazing job of taking orders, making them, and handling cash, all by herself! Kudos! There was a lot going on but she didn't appear stressed, although there were a couple of minor mistakes with our order. That can easily be forgiven, with all the stuff she had going on. Great job! Yeap, I am so in love with mangoes so I decided to splurge myself by getting the Signature Mango Diamond Slush from Real Fruit - the extreme large size and my friend got the medium size. We were at the Real Fruit Unionville and this is by far the slowest Real Fruit I've ever been. If you are in rush, avoid it completely and go to their P-Mall locations instead. It took a good 20 mins to get the drinks made even though it wasn't busy at all with just one customer that was already there for some time, ahead of us (with a 4 drinks order) and believe me, this was not the longest I've ever waited for a drink to be made compared to the 80+ minutes I had to recently endure even after I reminded the staff a few times till I had to put my foot down for the third & final time! So back to Real Fruit and their mango diamond slush drink, was the wait worth it? I have to said the mango diamond slush doesn't taste as good as before. It was missing the natural sweetness of fresh mangoes as I believe they use Alfonso mangoes but now they use a mixture of both fresh Alfonso and Red Mangoes and some of the mangoes were clearly not ripe yet. I enjoy the real fruit stores, but NOT this one. Service was extremely, PAIN STAKINGLY slow and inefficient. There were 3 staff there and there was literally only 1 other customer in there waiting for their order besides me... and he still had to wait at least 10 min for his order of 2 drinks (God only knows how long he was already there for before I went in). I ordered their signature mango slush and their durian slush. I stood off to the side to wait for my order while another customer came in. To my surprise, they actually got their order before I did even though they ordered 2 drinks too. I had to wait for at least 15 min... why?? It turned out my mango slush was done, but they had to redo the durian slush 4 times, yup, FOUR times before they got the ratios correct. The quality of the drinks were perfectly fine and consistent with the other stores, very rich in flavour and refreshing. But it was very hard to make up for the time wasted here. If there were a lot of customers or if it was on the weekend then okay I understand the wait. But this experience was unacceptable... there was also no apology given for the unnecessary wait time either. The products were fine, but the service was a big NO NO. Perfect location in the unionville area! It is located on the Main Street where many events take place. The decoration of the store is average but sitting arrangement is limited. Their mango slush is perfect as real fruits are used rather than powder which I try to stay away. Every time I come here, the service was quick and easy and I'm on my way to explore rest of the street. It does get busy on weekend, however, I do not experience any delay during my visits. Thank goodness someone decided to open a Real Fruit Bubble Tea location on Unionville Main Street. Bubble tea establishments are popping up everywhere in Markham but there were not many brand name options on Main Street. This place is located on the same side of Unionville Main Street as Starbucks and Edible Arrangements. The space has undergone a massive renovation and was transformed from a former shoe store to a lovely, light and bright inviting space with a few modern wooden tables and contemporary chairs, beautiful bar from where drinks are ordered, and this place even has a restroom. We ordered a medium sized mango diamond slush drink with coconut jelly, which is one of Real Fruit's signature drinks. Upon ordering, the mangoes are sliced and blended on the spot, which is what makes Real Fruit's drinks so refreshing and fresh tasting. There are other usual bubble tea flavour offerings such as taro bubble tea but these are created with powdered flavouring. Personally I prefer the fresh fruit drink options which are better than similar blended slushes from some of the top Taiwanese-based bubble tea companies. The medium size is like a large at other drink establishments, and the large drink size is huge and easily shareable between 2-3 people. It was so nice on a springlike winter day to enjoy refreshing drink alternatives to the usual coffee and tea places on Main Street. I imagine Real Fruit will be super busy during the spring/summer/fall months when their refreshing fruit drinks and bubble tea will quench thirsty palates with their unique drink offerings for this location. My first visit to the Unionville Main St new location was amazing because the gentleman on staff was perfect - maybe I'll share some details later about all the reasons it was perfect. However second visit the different male staff worker first of all refused my sons request for no ice in his bubble tea / and then AFTER the tea was made and he tried to pay with a $5 bill with a slight rip in it, he was refused. Therefore the tea was wasted and you now have irritated customers instead of continued happy clients for a new location !!!!!! PS the bank accepted our dollar bill no problem read more

Picked up my usual Papaya smoothie at this Main Street Unionville Real Fruit BB-tea because it's one of the only bubble tea places that actually uses real fruits depending on what you order. The drink tasted okay. The only concern I have is the infestation of fruit flies they have inside the store. They are literally everywhere and it's all over their counters, It will get in your face and hair. The little buggers are also all over the drink preparation area. Nothing is covered, the container of diced mango cubes and the tapioca. It would be a wise idea to check your drink carefully in case any one of them got stuck in your drink. read more

I love going to Main St. Unionville, and as this is located right at the intersection of Main St and Carlton, it would be the perfect place to stop for bubble tea. However, many people probably think the same way I did as this place is often crowded, especially on a hot summer day. The place is small, so it can get packed as people wait in line for their drinks. I've been here multiple times and it really wasn't worth the wait. The drinks are icy and watered down... or lukewarm if you ask for no ice. Cannot really taste the tea or the fruit. There is limited seating, but if you do manage to get one, there are some board games you can play as you wait and as you enjoy your bubble tea. Unfortunately, after several below average experiences, I don't think I will be back. Maybe it is better when it is not so busy. read more

Waited 40 minutes to get 5 drinks -- 3 of which were wrong. When I approached the lady making the drinks she yelled at me and told me that I made a mistake. In a crowded shop I didn't want to create even more commotion than was already there so we left with our wrong drinks. She forgot tapioca in two of them and put maximum sugar in my dad's drink, which was asked for without sugar. He's got diabetes so this was mildly infuriating as he couldn't drink the drink he just waited 40 minutes for. Total for 5 small drinks came to $30 or so. read more

People at this bubble tea place unfortunately don't know how to run a business or make bubble tea. Waits are extremely long even when the place is empty, and the drinks we've gotten on two subsequent visits have been literally undrinkable; once there was so much powder it was like drinking a thick sludge; another time it tasted like the tea had been steeping for hours it was so bitter. The only reason this place hasn't gone out of business yet is because it's the only bubble tea place on a popular walking street. It's only a matter of time, though. read more
