Small bubble tea/fruit smoothie shop in Scarborough. There is seating for about 18-20 people. The sizes are very generous. The medium is the same as the large at Chatime and the large looks almost as big as a 1L cup. The first time I came here I got a large kiwi slush with tapioca. The kiwi was not ripe. Many times I had pieces of fruit that were so raw that I had to spit it out. This time I got a large "mango diamond slush" which is their #1 house special. The mango slush part is pretty good, and you could tell that they used some fruit bits in it. The mango parts were partially sweet, and a bit sour. Literally the slowest bbt shop I've ever ordered from. They take way too long serving walk-in customers (could take 20+ mins if ur in 2-3 person queue). I understand during Covid they're taking mobile orders, but they don't prepare these drinks ahead of time, but instead they prepare right as these mobile ordering customers come in to pick up their drinks. This slows down the orders for the entire line and it takes absolutely forever to place your order and make your drink. If your going to open and operate a bbt shop you need to be way faster than that, given the amount of competition within this space other shops are already producing out drinks at a much faster rate with much bigger queues. My advice to everyone is just to go somewhere else, unless you want to wait for a long time a drink. read more

Cutest bubble tea shop I've been to so far! There are a few seats, a couple of games you can play while you have your drink, and during the night they have candles per table which is super cute!! However, one thing would be that the games they have seem old. Replacing them wouldn't hurt! Only because their either ripped (e.g. Monopoly) and the jenga blocks were somewhat hard to play with because they were used so much! Def. will be back though! :) read more

Until today I did not know this mall. I was looking for Real Fruit in the area and I found this Real Fruit Bubble Tea on yelp. Even though Real Fruit was located in the mall, this Real Fruit was not in a food court. They have own seat and table and their separate entrance from the mall. The service is like any other Real Fruit Bubble Tea service, but the smoothie was very good. Their smoothie is thick and taste banana and their tapioca is chunky and just right. The worst experience I have ever received from anyone working at a restaurant/drink/tea/coffee store. 1. I walk in to place an order and the lady was on the phone talking and wanted to finish her conversation rather than attend to the only customer in the store. 2. I asked for a slice of lemon with my Lychee Green tea (which in most places is free including that I have received a free slice of lemon in my bubble tea from the same bubble tea chain in the past), she wanted to charge me for a slice of lemon. I did not cause any fuss, knowing I can buy an entire lemon for 60 cents at the local grocery store and it wasn't worth adding a slice of lemon so I did not go with it. 3. The bubble tea I received at the end of my transaction was a warm cup of lychee green tea. It was not cold at all, it had barely any ice and I even told her that the drink is warm and she should add more ice. She eventually added more ice. Collectively, I was not happy with the service. 4. When I stepped out of the store to taste my bubble tea, it tasted like water with lychee syrup. The green tea they use is not good at all and I am not sure if my drink even contained green tea to be honest. The service and the product was not great at all. I am sorry that I sound so negative, I am usually not like that but I thought to share with the Yelp community that there are better bubble tea places out there. Maybe, this place has better bubble tea options with their fruit slushies but when it comes to green tea I recommend that you do not select anything with green tea from this menu. If you are looking to have a good green tea bubble tea, go to the Green Grotto Tea Rooms and they have good quality tea and will not give you a hard time over a slice of lemon and will give you a cool refreshing bubble tea rather than a lukewarm one. read more

I highly recommend getting your bubble tea at a Real Fruit Bubble Tea Shop. I always enjoy the mango fruit diamond slush. You can taste the real fruit as they add mango chunks in it and the mangoes are so sweet unlike other places that serve mango bubble tea. The place is very tiny and cramped and has no place to sit, but it's a great place to buy the drink. I always come here when I'm in Toronto for a visit. The good: Consistently delicious bubble tea/smoothies/fruit juice. Clean. Fast. Good sizes. Decent prices. Adequate amount of seats. Free WIFI and tables with power outlets. Every staff member, but one guy (see below), has always been very courteous and given great service. The bad: The one staff member, some guy who I've noticed mostly works evenings, is noticeably lazy and rude. This seems to have happened to a previous yelper, I also got the - "we're out of mangoes" line when the store was full of them. I have to admit the 3 star is entirely based on the treatment I received from this particular staff. I understand it is a difficult time to even have staff working. But his condescending way of talking made me extremely upset and never want to go back given I live in the neighborhood and this location is only a short walk for me so it has been my go to bubble tea place for a long time. I asked for a warm milk green tea. It tasted like water. I ordered the same thing from the same place for numerous times and it never tasted this bland. When I came back with this watery mess, the guy said: "well you asked for less ice i put more tea in it so" didn't even bother to come to the counter. jeez really? I can't tell water from tea??? Not the best bubble tea shop, mediocre at best but my last visit will be my last. I bought a green apple green tea bubble tea which isn't made with real fruit. It was totally disgusting! Used to be our go-to place since they opened up shop at the mall. We like supporting our local businesses so we come frequently and have spent enough here to earn more than 5 free drinks from their Vicinity rewards program. Trouble is the young man who works weeknights nowadays is inattentive, insufferably rude to customers and has very poor manners. On one occasion we were told they're out of mango - their signature drink - despite that the whole store having fresh mangoes on display everywhere. It's a shame since this is otherwise a good place to grab a cold drink and meet with friends. But until they sort out their atrocious customer service issues, I just can't recommend them - let alone bring friends along only to be treated shabbily. read more

Ive come here a bunch of times and always have received great service but have to take two stars away at the point of coming here one night to order two drinks and as i was ordering the drinks the cashier told me they had enough tapioca for one so i said ok that sounds great... a minute later while i was ordering my second drink the person who makes the drink was told by a customer he had forgot to order tapioca with his drink, without checking with the cashier he took it and gave it to them thus leaving me with a drink without tapioca. Im disappointed at the fact that he took it without communicating with his cashier and then while the guy was asking how much is it for the tapioca he said dont worry about it. Servers were attentive and gave good recommendations. We tried their durian and Mango Smoothie and they were great! They put a lot of fruits to make the smoothies, unlike some places that are cheap on them and add a lot of ice to makeup. Would recommend to all for a visit. read more
