We started our 5 month old son in the infant room at LFC 4 days per week. Unfortunately, it was NOT…read morea good experience at all. The first week they kept suggesting my son had some medical issue and that that's why he was so fussy and not ready for daycare. I went to two different pediatricians to make sure he was healthy because LFC kept suggesting my son had an ear infection, gas, etc. Both doctors said he was a healthy, normal baby and that daycare should be able to care for him. After two weeks at LFC, I received an email from the manager saying they would not be able to care for my son after the end of the month because he was too difficult and the teacher could not care for him and the three other kids in his class. I scrambled to find care, and fortunately went to Gretchen's House full time. On his first day Gretchen's House said he did great and they were happy to have him! They have not expressed any issues with our son - he eats all his bottles, sleeps a few hours a day there, and seems happy with the care there. I would be concerned to send any of my children, especially infants to LFC as they do not seem qualified to handle younger babies. I do NOT recommend Little Folks Corner and would stay away.

We had started my son off in a different day care facility and he had a tough time adjusting - he would cry every day when we dropped him off. But when he started off at Childtime, the crying bouts stopped and in fact, he refused to come back home when it was time to pick him up! He really loved the teachers, staff and the kids here. We had to unfortunately move to a different state in a few months and leaving Childtime was the hardest thing we had to do. Its been over 5 months since we moved but my son (who is 3.5 years) still talks about his old school and his classmates from Childtime. The director (Ms Becky) and assistant director (Ms Nicole) were the best. They were extremely attentive and were very open to parent's needs. The teachers - Ms. Megan, Ms. Abby, Ms. Rachel and many others were extremely loving, kind and patient. The facilities were clean, with a large play ground and several toys. There were regular updates (with pics) from the teachers, several activities that kept your child intellectually and physically stimulated. I went and toured the school and it appeared to be a great fit. But "all that glitters is not gold"!! The owner is nice and Admin/front desk people were always pleasant. But teachers were subpar to say the least. They were immature, unprofessional, don't know how to communicate and lacked compassion for the children. I even overheard on more than one occasion, a teacher yelling at the kids when picking up my child. Also, as a whole the school needs to communicate better when things are going on within the school. For example, whether it's announcement for picture day, spirit week, or illness has the potential to be spreading around the school. As parents we are busy heading to work,etc. and may not have the time to stop and read what's on the wall(s) of the school. In cases I mentioned above the school should be sending out emails to parents not just sheets of paper posted around the school. Because by the time a parent may have the time to slow down and read it maybe too late. All in all, this was my experience and believe there are better schools to choose from in the Plymouth-Canton area.

I appreciate that emotion can influence personal bias in reviews, so I will avoid any subjective comments and highlight my objective experience withdrawing from Everbrook and Everbrook's failure to honor its legal obligations. After giving notice of my child's last date at Everbrook, the director offered to accelerate our departure and waive the notice penalty that would otherwise result from withdrawal. We did not accept the offer in favor of continuous care, and so my child could have an opportunity to say goodbye to his friends and teachers in support of his transition. The week before our scheduled last day, my child forgot a stuffed animal in Everbrook at pick-up. To my shock, my access code had been disabled and we were locked out of the building, despite still having another week under contract. What's more egregious - a daycare center unilaterally breaching a legal contract to provide childcare, or preventing a four year old from saying goodbye to the teachers he's been around for 90% of his life? I'm not sure, but it's an interesting decision for an industry that survives on reputation and mitigating liability.

JTots is an absolutely AMAZING school. They are attentive, caring and kind from the teachers to the office staff (Amy is a rockstar - also a precious teacher to my oldest) to the owners Alexis and Paul. My oldest and I moved to South Carolina for what we thought was forever, but ended up being just a few months, and returned to my daughter RUNNING into her teacher's arms and me getting a big hug from the owner Paul. We knew we were home at that moment. The educational program they follow meant both of my kids entered public schools WELL AHEAD of their classmates. And the teacher turnover is minimal as even after more than 7 years both of my kids had many of the same teachers (AND they remembered my oldest daughter and still recalled specific stories!) My youngest was born just before the pandemic began and entered JTots at about 2 years old. The change in her was DRASTIC after just a few weeks. She went from crying anytime she saw a stranger to open arm hugging everyone. We are going to go back for a visit this week to say hello to her teachers while we're on winter break because she misses them like crazy (especially Jinan!) I also referred a coworker and her son to JTots and they are still there. Her son has some health and learning concerns and she says he is excelling ever since going to JTots.
