We visited this morning for my 13 year old son's first consultation. They do all but lay out a red carpet for you upon arrival. They were expecting us and called us by name when we entered. Every employee greeted us with a smile and personal introduction and hand shake. A lot of attention to detail went into decorating the office space to give it a cozy feel. We were offered tea, coffee, and bottled water and given a tour of the office. What I was really impressed with was the care plan. My son still has a lot of baby teeth and I don't want to put him through the pain of pulling all of them to rush into braces. Lexi did a great job at getting him to relax and open up during the appointment. Dr. Choi carefully examined him and questioned how HE felt about braces, what concerns or fears he might have, etc. Dr. Choi laid out a care plan that allows time for his teeth to fall out on their own instead of rushing into unnecessary and expensive work right away, she wants to see him back in a year to reevaluate. I knew then that she is an orthodontist with integrity and that we will absolutely be back to see her once his teeth are ready. read more

I'm in LOVE with this group of professionals whom happen to be just as nice! When I and my family walk into their waiting area, the receptionist is very attentive and gracious to any needs we may have at the present. There is a water cooler right when you walk in to enjoy while waiting (the wait is hardly EVER longer than 15 or so minutes on a hectic day). Once the appt. is over, the attending professional comes out with the patient to explain to us as well as the receptionist when they need to be scheduled so no one is in confusion. Horrendous experience. Dr. Choi is straight out if school with very little actual experience. The staff are more concerned about looking cute and pretty than communicating with patients and finding solutions for care. Do not use them. Go to a seasoned orthodontist that understands business and doesn't hire based on how pretty their staff looks in a photo. It's a sorority. Go for substance and experience. I should have stuck with my gut feeling when we first walked and it was like the Stepford orthodontics practice with sing-song condescending voices. Did I mention that no one in the office is older than 32? Go with experience. Period. Don't fall for the facade. Dr. Choi was difficult. My daughter absolutely despised her and it was painful to get her to appointments. She is new to town and struggling to adjust and they were incredibly insensitive during the first appointment asking her if she had lots of friends (to which she replied no). My daughter left humiliated and I tears. My daughter has a disability and they were completely ignorant to it despite providing explanations and educating them on numerous occasions. She spoke to my 14 year old like she was three and sometimes she spoke with me in the same tone. But I guess that was supposed to be ok because I could enter a raffle and we hit a T-shirt. If you want a quality medical professional, look elsewhere. If you want a t shirt, random gifts, staff more concerned about their appearance, and a young professional with little experience, then perhaps she is your cup of tea. I would not recommend this practice to anyone and would caution anyone exploring orthodontic treatment to explore other options and really look at what you are getting for your money. Just look at the picture of the staff on this page. Nothing even implies that they are in the field of healthcare. I have never seen anything like it from any healthcare professional. They did nothing, and took over $4K out if $6K bill from someone who was diagnosed with a degenerative disease and couldn't walk. Litigation is pending. Stay far away. They don't know how to run a business, but they sure think a lot of themselves in their pretty little dresses they post everywhere!! And the kicker is, they had $10k in additional business coming their way in the next two years between me and another daughter. Someone needs to train them in good businesss read more

These ladies are amazing!! Always a pleasure to come here. I would recommend Dr Choi and staff to all who are in need of orthodontic treatment. I am very impressed by how professional and courteous they remain throughout each and every visit. Very inclusive and nonjudgemental as they advertise. Super friendly. Clean atmosphere. Super accommodating. Quick return calls when a complication arises. Convenient location. Just a lovely group of people. Willing to work with you on financial concerns and ready to explain and re-explain when questions arise. Great communication. Dr. Choi and her staff are the best. Dr Choi was very thorough about what she expected at each visit with my braces and would always check with me about my expectations.
