The selling agent at…read moreSakmar stated that the mold was not mold and that they would "clean it up" for an open house in two weeks from today....i.e. not disclosing that the house has a huge mold problem and trying to cover it up from whoever buys it. The seller left the housee vacant and didn't pay the electric bill so the damage isn't covered by insurance. We were willing to work with the seller to put elbow grease into the house and fix it as part of buying the home but they would rather show a complete lack of integrity and sell at full price with black mold in the basement to some unsuspecting buyer. All I can say is buyer beware and hope that whoever puts a bid on the home has a great inspection service and finds the mold before it's too late.

I have used East Side since February of 2014 to rent my condo, and for the first few years things…read moreworked great. Last year they started falling behind on payments to me and I had to keep calling to get them to send checks. They kept claiming it was the accounting software's fault or blamed the post office. They did eventually catch up. Now in fall of 2018 they are three months behind sending me rent payments. I decided to check in on the property myself and talk with the tenant. He also said he has had trouble contacting them to make payments over the phone. My contract with them states they rent is due on the 1st and they will remit statements and payment to owners on the 15th. The last several months' statements were created on the last day of the month, but no payment sent. The statements show the tenant paid on time. I am currently planning an exit strategy from my contract with them, and absolutely do not recommend anyone do business with them.
