As a Realtor for the past 18 years, I have only heard "no funds" at closing one time, and it was very frustrating. In Title One's defense, they do not control the funding. The buyer's loan officer and Realtor should have confirmed that enough time was allowed for funds to arrive before closing. Even then, wiring errors can occur... The employees at Title One have always been very thorough, easy to contact and professional. Personally, I stay in contact with the title companies, loan officers and other Realtors involved in a sale to confirm that all details are addressed before scheduling a closing. Once everything is in place, I look forward to a smooth, pleasant experience with Title One handling the closing.
