The condition of the prior stain was really bad - highly weathered and uneven. Plus a dog had scratch parts of the door and prior painters splattered stain on the fixtures and frame. Kelly, the painter, spent a several days sanding to remove imperfections, meticulously staining, and restoring the door. I appreciated that they found the exact paint color we wanted and brought it with them. I noticed their attention to detail on our trim and hallways where there was damage (thanks dogs, kids, and house age!) or tight spaces that were hard to paint. Getting the paint refreshed in the high ceilings above the stairs was nothing I wanted to tackle, and they had the right equipment and pro moves to get it done. The crew was professional and polite.
