Front Desk Staff keeps to themselves. There is a self check in that's very convenient to use. Rudy, the Occupational Therapy Tech was punctal about taking me back to the therapy room. Also, the Restrooms are clean. I believe, I saw Christian Decor and they have a toilet paper dispenser that dispenses just enough toilet paper to wipe. Sydney my Occupational Therapist was professional, enthusiastic and personable. She seemed to really like her job and care about me. She was patient with all my questions. The other staff members are nice and supportive too. I was able to participate in neat little activities that help support my grip with my hand. The other patients were friendly too. I gained my strength back in my hand. Iam able to make a fist now. Overall, I made progress and the Therapy was a success. My grip strength is stronger than my left hand!

I was assigned to Mr. Patrick Kimball, Certified Hand Therapist, who proceeded to make a custom cast that I can remove when I shower. I cannot provide enough superlatives to describe Mr. Kimball's process and end product. He was understanding, efficient, and extremely professional. It took Mr. Kimball less than an hour to create my cast and answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend FWPT and Mr. Kimball for all of your hand needs.

He would do literally nothing but act like he is doing so much for you. His so called nerve blocking bullshit is a trick and scam. He told me to pay him 2500 UPFRONT for our of network deductible in September 2025. I was desperate to get answers since I've been dealing with sciatica pain for over five years. His therapy or so-called nerve blocking bullshit never worked. All he did was use tens unit and bunch of Biofreeze. Which was something I was already doing at home, but he made it seem like he is really going to do some trick. Then in January 2026 his front desk assistant told me that I need to pay another 2500 since new year started. Now mind you this doctor told me if I pay him 2500 that day he was swearing up and down that he could fix. It made zero difference whatsoever by January. So there was no way I was going to pay this Doctor again after he tricked me to pay him the 2500 on top of that he had me do another MRI for $500. Do not go to him. He is a scam and a liar.
