They do a great job for a fair price and always make sure things are fixed properly in a timely manner.

I also had the help of a West MI TV News reporter and after three weeks of State investigation, Mr. Fisher paid my claim. It was discovered that contrary to J and R's paperwork, the engine arrived at the mechanic's with cylinder heads, so I'm amending my review to reflect only the issue of their avoidance. So, I drive a FIAT. It's the 500e. I didn't buy it at Zeigler. We trailered it home from Chicago,…read morebecause with an 85 mile range ... well, you know. I had contacted Zeigler before we brought it home to make sure they service them. FCA didn't even want to sell them so I wanted to make sure I had a local place to take it when something went wrong. I know cars well enough, but EVs? I'd be lost without help. From the first time I brought my car to their service department for warranty work, the whole staff has been great. Cam and the crew have been friendly, helpful and made me feel welcome. While I wait I get to look at the Alfa Romeos and Maseratis. Did I mention I drive a FIAT? And yet the sales staff is always warm and conversational. Fact. I have more dealerships and service centers that I refuse to ever do business with again than I have those that I like. Zeigler has been top notch. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks to everyone at Zeigler of Grandville for making my FIAT such an enjoyable purchase.

CONSUMER WARNING: Shady inspections and hidden, dangerous defects!I bought a used 2015 Infiniti…read moreQ50S here on July 27, trusting that their "Certified VPI Value Plus" safety inspection actually meant the car was safe. Less than a month later, I was stranded on the job by a total electrical failure. It turns out they had slapped a cheap, incorrect lead-acid battery into a car that strictly requires a Group 35 AGM battery.Getting a hold of anyone to fix this was a nightmare. After getting the runaround from multiple departments, they finally agreed to order a replacement battery as a "courtesy." But after hours of calling them back for updates, their parts department told me it would take a week to arrive. My livelihood relies entirely on my car, so waiting a week wasn't an option. I had to buy the correct battery out of pocket and find a shop to install it immediately. Huge shoutout to KARFIX on Lakewood in Holland--they got me in right away and swapped it out.The battery was just the tip of the iceberg. While working on the car, the KARFIX mechanics discovered a massive, active hydraulic steering rack and pinion leak. The area was caked in months of black road grime, and someone had literally used a makeshift wire to tie it together to patch the leak and hide it from buyers. The dealership's own internal records from June 26 prove their techs had this car on a hoist for brake work just weeks before I bought it. They stood inches away from this sludged-up wire, yet they marked it as "passed." When I confronted the local sales manager, Nate Van Ryn, in person with photographic proof, he only admitted fault for the battery. He cut a check for the part but refused to pay for the labor, the dangerous steering leak, or the metal fragments KARFIX found embedded in the tire. He even had the nerve to claim the heavy, grime-covered leak must have happened after I bought it.I've already filed an official consumer enforcement complaint with the SOS Bureau of Information Security. Avoid this dealership chain at all costs. If you absolutely must buy from them, get a third-party inspection first, because they will use the "as-is" clause as a shield to sell you a dangerous, faulty vehicle.
