After more than 50 days on the market with only three showings, I started asking polite, straightforward questions about how we could improve visibility and activity on our listing. At no point was I disrespectful, accusatory, or aggressive. I never raised my voice, never insulted anyone, and never demanded anything beyond basic communication and a clear marketing plan. Despite this, my text messages were used as the primary reason for canceling our listing. In a later meeting with my husband, I was described as "aggressive," "a bully," and "texting nonstop," which was not only untrue but deeply disrespectful. My messages were strictly about the sale of my home, and I am fully willing to post the entire text exchange publicly if necessary, because I will not allow my character to be misrepresented. It felt as though, instead of addressing valid concerns about lack of visibility and communication, the team chose to shift blame onto me. That is not professional, nor is it acceptable--especially from a well-known brokerage that we trusted with the sale of our home. The way this situation was handled left me feeling extremely disrespected, dismissed, and uncomfortable continuing with their services. I believe it is important for other potential clients to know the kind of experience we had, and I sincerely hope the team reflects on how concerns are communicated and handled in the future.

During an incredibly emotional and stressful time, Dee Ann was more than just a real estate agent--she was a steady, compassionate guide who helped us every step of the way. Thanks to her deep expertise and tireless support, our home received an offer in just 11 days--while other homes in the same neighborhood sat on the market for months. Every part of the process, from showings to the final closing, went smoothly and efficiently. I am absolutely convinced that Dee Ann's experience and attention to detail were the key. She went far above and beyond: offering her own trailer to help us empty the garage, guiding us through decisions like roof shingle color, and even helping coordinate fence details with the new owners after the sale. She never said "no," always found a solution, and was there for us--completely and consistently. If you need a true professional who brings both heart and skill to the table, I can't recommend Dee Ann highly enough.

She says one thing and goes behind your back and switch things up making that you are the problem. A mis-directed email I received from Anna R. shows that she is not a professional real estate agent: Here is what she said about me: "This lady has called multiple times and is quite honestly kind of a pain". This agent has no understanding of the fact that an interested buyer needs to know all the details of the listing including the legal ones. The questions I had about the $7374 annual fees and other $100000.00 "assumed annual legal fees" involving the listed lot and the subdivision dues were valid questions. Her attitude raised some red flags. So, I contacted the courthouse and found out that there is an ongoing lawsuit against HOA Canyon Estates II and the property management company HOA Services. This lawsuit involves multiple violations, fraud and abuse against an elderly disabled person. We found this case to be very disturbing and we do not want to have anything to do with such dishonest people. Buyer/Seller beware!

I've been a renter for decades, so I have experienced many different property managers, but none of them have provided such amazing service and care as Eclipse Property Management does! After I had been in my rental for awhile, things started to go wrong, but I didn't have time to notice, because Stephanie at Eclipse Property Management called me to let me know a vendor had been dispatched to fix the issue I was unaware of. When I did notice something, like a plumbing leak, Stephanie had a professional onsite within ten minutes or less to correct the problem. I am amazed at how quickly everything was resolved and delighted to say those issues never happened again, because Stephanie knows exactly who to call to fix things right the first time. THANK YOU STEPHANIE!!! Mayra, Kim, and Jedrick at Eclipse Property Management kept me up to date on everything from scheduled maintenance to all the rental related paperwork. They are friendly professionals who took the time to explain everything clearly and were so helpful during my entire lease, which made my stay so wonderful.
