To dead lift, to work those arms - core - legs with proper guided training. This facility is found in the Sauganash area of Chicago. The storefront is easy to find with metered parking in front and few free spaces in the rear. Actually most parking on the street is free for an hour. (Talk about Sauganash pull. This is not offered everywhere in the city.) If you are curious, you can get a free view of a workout since their storefront is all clear windows. Or, take a chance and ask for a free session to learn more. This time last year my feeds were displaying dead lift trials, newbs and enthusiasts showing off their newly obtained physiques. I did a bit of research on the topic and due to the information of gains in strengthening core, back, legs and arms I decided to call in. Trainers (in general) will try to scoop you with a free trial session. Come prepared with questions and dialogue to inform yourself whether the trainer and package are right for you. The trainer is Jacob Pfau. He eats/ lives and breathes this lifestyle. It's a part of who he is. A winning combination of genuine, informative backing and friendly nature had me readied to sign up for more sessions. I trained with Jacob for some time and due to it I began having gains in areas I requested. Increased strength in legs, arms and back. I began having a steadiness I was looking for and all the while picking up the proper techniques to lifting. Some of you are thinking, "what's to know in weight lifting I've done a bunch in the gym with friends." Friends can only take you so far because their knowledge of weight lifting is limited to armchair science. That push is more for grunts than it is for real gains. I've gotten few gains and minor injury working out with friends. When you're paying somebody for best practices, you gain in the areas requested. A trainer readied in lifting & best practices can help you meet goals with safety in mind. Jacob offers a full package. You can opt for just personal training or go for add-ons.
