At first, Eric was a little hard to get out for my job. However I was reaching out to him to cut down some palm trees during the height of monsoon season and he had lots of emergency jobs. Once Eric and his team came out, they were able to get my palm trees cut down within about 2 hours. They also did an IMPECCABLE job at cleaning up my yard after. This is an edit to my prior review. I'm changing my rating down to 3 stars from the 5 stars I originally gave them. The agreement with this company was to cut, grind and haul away. They came on a Monday and cut and grinded then asked if they could leave the stumps until Wednesday when they could bring a bigger truck. No problem I said. Well Wednesday came and went and they were a no show. I waited until the following Monday and called them. They said they would be out Tuesday to pick it up and again no show. In addition they are not answering my emails Through Yelp where I previously hired them through. So I'm a little dissatisfied with them. They did the work just fine, they just didn't follow through with the agreement of haul away which is why I'm changing my rating. Original review: They came when they said cut down a queen palm and grinded two stumps. They cleaned up afterwards and you can't even tell there once was a palm there. I would definitely recommend them to cut down palms or trees and grind the stumps They are very reasonably priced also. read more

I asked for an almost impossible job...to come within two days to trim a tree because we were putting our house on the market. All the other places said it would be more than a week or two. Eric tried to fit us in. Although we were told 12:30pm, then it got delayed three times, he finally came through around 6pm and did a great job trimming to tall palm tree. He cleaned up the area well too. The only improvement would be to communicate regularly with the client so they know what to expect and don't stress all day wondering if the job will get done or not. Took a long time to respond and get out which is fine. However, they had to get into my neighbors yard in order to get part of the job done and left a mess in their yard. I called and messaged asking them to come and clean up their mess and received no response. read more

I had a saguaro cactus fall down Monday, this one had to be 30 feet high and was oozing black death from the middle. Sent out requests for quotes to remove it quickly. Eric responded with a fair price compared to the others who must think quoting stupid high numbers will get them the job. His team showed up the next day as promised and after gasping at the mass of this thing began to cut it up. I know it was a big job and probably under bid the deal but it stood as agreed. At 2:41 pm he advised he would have to reschedule, I have decided to go with someone else who has worked for me before, will be more expensive but reliable. read more

Worst tree trimming company ever! I had to find a new tree trimmer company for the one company that I normally use went out of business which only charged $250 to trim all of my trees *First of all, estimate was done over phone with pictures that I sent him. He came back overpriced at $500. I told him what was normally paid and then he quickly changed price to $300. I figured that if he was willing to work with cost, I would give him a chance. *Second of all, I mentioned to him that I had to leave for work at 9 am. He did not arrive until 8:00 am and did not finish until 10 am. *Third complaint. He called me after he was finished for payment. I overlooked the trees that he trimmed in the front yard and it seemed to look like he did a good job. I should have checked the back yard though before paying him. It didn't even look like he even touched the trees in back and the side of house. Also, I had some branches piled up neatly from the biggest tree on my property that I had trimmed and asked him if he could take those. First he said he didn't have room in his trailer and then he said it would cost more to take those branches. Usually, I'm one not to complain and always try to find the good in every situation. This company is horrible!!! I had a person come a cut down my tree but wasn't able to grind the stump because she didn't have the equipment. I was told someone would be out Monday morning to grind the stump. No showed in the morning so I called no one ever showed up. I got a text at the end of the day saying they ran out time and couldn't get tome. They promised to come out the next day but never did.
