Most recently I received an advanced delivery call from them and indicated I was out of the country and asked for delivery upon my return. They refused! They then contacted the sender and insisted on an alternate delivery location. The flowers delivered to my neighbors were nothing more than what could be purchased at a grocery store for under $10 and the sender was charged $85.

It's important that each component be just right or it can ruin the cup though. The Nutman Company was founded in 1992 in Hubertus, WI. Not that I dislike Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (quite the opposite), but Nutman's version is easily superior and possibly the best I've ever had. After having these I could easily go without ever having Reese's again (gasp). The milk chocolate is smooth & creamy. Biting into the chocolate, it's very soft & the creamy peanut butter innards are quickly exposed. Reese's has a chunkier and more solid peanut butter core. The core of this product is more velvety & smooth. It's not in a messy liquid state, but it's not nearly as firm as Reese's and other brands either. It reminds me of peanut butter chocolates from another local WI candy maker (Quality Candy/Buddy Squirrel). Just like those other brands, Nutman's version is Doughboy approved Doughboy_Food_Reviews

When my MIL texted a photo of the bouquet I thought they're may have been a mixup, so I called the shop. The woman I spoke to said they didn't have orange roses, so substituted the red, which was understandable, and she says they had no daisies. In my mind that doesn't explain the difference in number of stems but she said I got something comparable to what I paid for. I'll leave the photos of what was ordered and what was received so others can judge that for themselves.

Their flowers are beautiful. I get a bouquet every year for Valentine's Day. This year, I was feeling under the weather, was leaving work early when my boyfriend said the delivery window was 8-5. I called FFD and spoke with a staff member who let me know we couldn't reroute the delivery but they would make me a new bouquet to pick up. The staff member was so patient as I had almost completely lost my voice. I showed up to their shop with my mask on and a barely audible hello. They knew exactly who I was and got my package ready for me. I love that they partner with other small businesses to create fun bundles. The candle accompanying the flowers smelled amazing and the chocolates were delicious. Over a week later and the flowers look just as good as on day one! They also have fun workshops to build your own bouquets and seasonal wreaths. Highly recommend them as a quality, ethical florist.

Kaylee was so helpful and always willing to mock up new ideas with me and that was always appreciated. The process was amazing from the very beginning and all our florals looked STUNNING. My bridal bouquet was so gorgeous and she took every detail I gave her to make it how I wanted. We did not have a ton of florals but we had candles on our tables and we received compliments all night of how elegant everything looked. I ordered a plant a week in advance for a funeral, and Bank of Flowers failed to deliver it. I…read morewould not have known it wasn't delivered had I not asked the recipient if she receive it. Bank of Flowers was contacted by the recipient, and they told her they don't know why the plant was not delivered; but told the recipient they were delivering flowers that day that also missed a delivery. So charge card was charged, no delivery, no contact from Bank of Flowers. That is stealing from a person. I even messaged them on their website, and nobody responded to the message. Very poor business practice. The delivery charge should have been refunded due to not being delivered on time. Bank of Flowers was our family's go to, but probably not anymore.
