The food was good. We ordered 5 different brunch items, mostly bennys. It was hit and miss with our order. They missed putting avocado on two of the orders and the avocado toast with nori was too salty to eat and we had to send it back. They don't offer you a refund for the food you send back which is normally what a restaurant would offer. The rest of the food was ok, the pull pork benny was a tad on the dry side, probably been in a warming oven a bit too long. Some of the staff were friendly, while others seem to lack the effort to accommodate your request especially when the order was missing an ingredient. First time trying this place, most likely won't be returning as there are probably better alternatives, especially with the pricing being a bit on the high side for what you get.

Realm Food came highly recommended as a place to try while in town. Boy am I glad I received word about this place the day we were driving thru town! We arrived at the end of the lunch rush, and lucky for us, there was a window table available. The menu had several option for this vegan couple, and we were just thrilled! We ordered the Bliss Bowl and the Arrowsmith Bowl. We did not have to wait long for our order to arrive. These freshly made bowls made our hearts smile when they arrived! We could not wait to dig in. The bowls were loaded with a variety of whole food and delicious sauces. If you are in the Parksville area, you HAVE TO GO HERE!!! The food, the service, the atmosphere=FANTASTIC!

This is a fantastic healthy option in Parksville! It's now my go-to. Living in Vancouver, a place like this would be pretty 'normal' for a cool and healthy place to eat. In Parksville, this place is extra special and unique. Tried the jerk chicken and albacore tuna wraps and both were super tasty. The jerk chicken was cooked well (not dry) and had good flavour, the dip really makes it. The tuna one was wrapped with nori under the rice paper which gave it a really great flavour, and again, the dip was soo good. They really give you a good amount of dip too. I especially like how these wraps are big and filled with beautiful veggies, and not what I deem as lame 'filler' like rice, beans or iceberg lettuce. Just look at how these are made and you know they really care about their food. We were in Parksville for one night and ate here twice. Also tried the ka-cow smoothie with only 1 date and it was a yummy chocolate treat. Only complain here is I wish they had bigger straws for the thick drink!

Really happy to have found a clean eating restaurant in Parksville! Menu options for tacos to soul bowls, something for everyone. Even tried the turmeric soda and it was so refreshing. This will be my go-to place for meals when I am in town next!

Awesome west coast, healthy and delicious cafe with cozy surfer ambience. Lots of options for the kids and a few craft beer for dads.

This place is so delicious with super friendly staff. I would eat here everyday if I could.

They were out of a few things - no more oatmeal and only one serving of matcha left when we all wanted matcha, but the alternatives that we went with were still appealing, so it wasn't a big deal. The one matcha went to my mom, and it seemed like she got the scraps of it because it looked and tasted pretty watery. I got a chai latte which was pretty good but a little grainy. The food on the other hand was really good. I got the buckwheat pancakes and tried some of the smoothie bowl. The pancakes were hearty and fluffy, topped with a delicious berry chia jam and cashew cream. The plate came with 3 small-ish pancakes which was a satisfying portion that wasn't too much. We were also asked if we wanted maple syrup with the pancakes, but I ended up not needing to add any because the jam and cream were enough. Maple syrup is $2 for a small cup so I would recommend skipping it unless you really want something sweeter. The jam and cream are just modestly sweet which was perfect for me. The blueberry smoothie bowl was also delicious and came with lots of toppings - their granola had a delightful texture. It was a bit of a wait for food, so ordering the breakfast plates is probably not the best option if you're in a hurry, but they have ready-to-eat stuff available if you do want something quick, and the drinks didn't take long. I would be interested in coming back to try more of the food menu if I were in Whistler again.

Holy smokes, the Acai bowls here are massive. We were soooo full. If we ever come here again, we will just share one bowl with each other. Not sure that we will come here again though. The Acai bowls weren't bad but I've had better. I feel it could have been a bit sweeter. I was not impressed with my mom's Avocado Toast. I could see my mother struggling to cut her Avocado Toast so it seems the crust was quite hard. She ended up leaving a lot of the crust on her plate and just ate the middle of the bread. On the website I had seen Avocado Toast, sandwiches, wraps and Salmon Lox Bagel. I was quite dismayed to walk into this place and not see any of that stuff written on the menu. There was a small sign by the cashier that said to ask about Avocado Toast. I guess by the same token, I would have had to ask about Salmon Lox Bagel. Why make us ask about it? Why not just include it on the huge menu that was up on the wall? Might have made life easier when it came to ordering something for my mom who isn't into Acai bowls like us. This place seems to be somehow shared with Bean Around the World coffee shop which is right next door. There's no wall separating the two shops. You can walk from Anchor Eatery straight into the coffee shop next door. We ended up taking our food and drinks from Anchor Eatery and sitting next door at Bean Around the World coffee shop. Assumed it was allowed since there was no separation between the two shops and nobody tried to kick us out of the coffee shop.

My top picks are the Nutty Cashew smoothie and Green Goddess bowl, but I end up enjoying whatever I get, even when I order outside my usual go-to flavours. Their stuff is not cheap but it's absolutely worth it. Their prepared wraps are also very good, as are the baked goods they carry by Rebel and To Live For. They have an extensive selection of protein powders and other supplements - I'm not into supplements besides protein powder so I wouldn't really know, but I find it hard to imagine needing something in that department that they don't carry. Even though I'm not the gym bro that the brand is probably aimed at, and you can definitely tell by looking at me, I never really feel out of place coming here for my smoothies and meals and occasional protein impulse buys. The staff is always friendly. Just keep in mind it can get busy and you may have to wait a while because the process is just not the fastest, especially for bowls, and even one of the premade wraps will take a few minutes if you opt to get it heated (which you should). But I highly recommend checking them out for a smoothie or (relatively) quick and healthy meal!
