The main part of the job was removing large river rocks from about a 400 sq. ft area and replacing with a beautiful paver patio as seen in the pictures provided. Some Sod was laid and the job made my wife and I very happy and turn what was an unusable space into plenty of summer entertainment space. Unfortunately, the actual cleaning did not match the polished presentation. I hired this company for a deep clean, and the service did not match what was written in the contract. Several areas, like the laundry room, which were specifically included in the contract, were skipped entirely. When I asked them to come back to complete the work they had already been paid for, they told me it would be a "second phase" and would require additional payment. There was never an agreement about "phases", and it is not reasonable to charge extra for work that was already included in the original contract. They also skipped the copper sink completely. Their explanation was that there was a dish in the sink. We were home the entire time, and they could have simply asked us to move it. That alone demonstrates the level of effort and communication they were willing to put in. Cleaning products were used that were not appropriate for the materials in my home. Clorox wipes were used on surfaces that require specific cleaners, which explains why stains and buildup remained afterward. It felt rushed and not thoughtful. The team was friendly, but the quality of the work and the refusal to honor the original agreement were very disappointing. I paid for a deep clean, not a partial job with surprise "phases" added afterward. If you need a true deep clean or someone who understands how to care for different materials, this is not the company I would recommend. This experience taught me that a professional marketing appearance does not always equal professional results.

We had them in to do a spring cleaning of our condo at Ocean Isle Beach back about a month ago and this past week had them back to do a sprucing up clean and they are so far and above any other folks we've had in to clean that it's amazing. It's a young couple, Greg and Miranda, and apparently they share the same work ethic and it's intense, I must say. They bring all their own cleaning supplies, tools like mops, brooms, vacuum, and they're in motion, and I mean intense motion, from the minute they arrive. Attention to the little details has always been my pet peeve with house cleaners but these folks left nothing to complain about; they did everything from clean the exterior windows, spotlessly and without a streak anywhere, wiped down baseboards, took light fixtures down and cleaned not only the globes but the light bulbs as well, got under and behind everything, every piece of furniture, the stuff you always want to get done yourself but rarely get around to doing. Another thing I like about them is that they're not a fly-by-night deal like some of the other cleaning folks we've had in. These folks are licensed and bonded, insured, the whole thing, which is comforting to know. They are courteous, friendly and hard-working and I highly recommend them to all. I could not find a single fault with any of their work and buddy, are they fast!
