We purchased a house from this guy three years ago and have spent the last 3 years fixing all the problems he created with his "do-it-yourself" flip. Now spending over $8,000 to fix siding that was falling off because his "upgrade" was to nail siding directly into foam insulation board instead of doing the job properly! If you are happy with half a job at most then this is your guy! For full disclosure, we reported him to the Virginia Realtor Association and sent pictures and they said we had 'doctored' the pictures and they found no-fault in any of his actions.
