Over a pizza, he tirelessly answered all of our questions (and then some!). He referred us to a fantastic mortgage lender and together they helped us though every step. It was sooo stress-free! If he is not clear on an answer he will find it and will get back via text (if it's late), email or phone. And most definitely NOT racist! When selling our property he brought through all races and cultures of people. He sold a property for my sisters and I. It was a property my father had built in 2006. We felt we would have a few challenges upon selling because my father left a few things out (shower in master bath and no dishwasher in kitchen). Rob bent over backwards to help us. He turned our challenges into positives by finding out costs for installing these things, so when people asked or when they didn't like it because these things were not there he could enlighten them. He had several open houses at all different times, week nights, early evenings and weekends. He was there for us from before we listed (on what we had to fix or really clean up!)
