I have been coming to Reasor's quite a bit lately mainly thanks to the 15% cash back. With this discounts, I find some of the products at Reasor's to be even cheaper than at other markets in addition to other benefits. The products at Reasor's are fresh and the displays of their goods are immaculate. The aisles are always fully stocked and their produce section is the most organized. When shopping at Reasor's I feel like I am shopping at a high end store. Depending on the season of the year, some products can be cheap. In April, Roma tomatoes go for 0.99c a pound and asparagus $1.99 a pound which is comparable to other stores but the quality at Reasor's is better. I also like their deli goods. The fried chicken is quite good if you get it hot and fresh around noon time. In the evening, they are in the refrigerated section and not as good. Their $5 dinner meal is also great. read more

Yesterday, I got hungry while grocery shopping and decided to get a couple of slices of fried chicken. I've done that a few times and the cost is not bad. Then I decided to add mashed potatoes. The man behind the counter talked me into making it a plate lunch with 2 sides, a role and drink. I added fried okra. I noticed they have a daily $5 special. Thursday was Salisbury steak day. It didn't look good at all. I figured it couldn't cost much more to substitute chicken. It cost double. It wasn't a good deal. I could have called and ordered takeout from a nearby restaurant for about that price and it would have been so much better. The portions were small. The okra looked good but they had sat too long and were a bit leathery. The chicken had been under the heat lamp too long and was dry. The best thing on the plate was the mashed potatoes. I guessed they would be instant potatoes, but I'm pretty sure they were made from fresh potatoes. I don't recommend the plate lunch. It's just not a good deal unless you get the $5 meal of the day. read more

Recently I went into the store and found the meat department closed at 4pm with butcher paper over everything. I had to find someone elsewhere in the store to sell me what I came for. Today, I went into and saw lobster tails in the meat market for $9.99 a lb, and each tail was 4oz. I asked the meat person for some. He said they were $9.99 each. I asked about the sign and he again said "each" without any effort to correct or explain. I had to get the store manager to get him to at least correct the sign. When I went to check out I had to wait while the self check out attendant chatted up someone. Once I got help I learned that the system doesn't like split payments and now everything would be on my card. I asked to cancel the transaction. I was told I would need to go to customer service, where I had to wait for someone. Once she came, she talked over me most of the time. I have had a number of poor experience of late at this store. I called the Brookshires corporate office at 903 534 2166 and express my concerns. I was told to "have a nice day" and hung up on. These calls are recorded so that should be easy enough to prove. Terrible service, declining quality and inaccurate pricing. Back to Walmart, Fresh Market and Harps. Brookshires corporate approach is going to cost them market share. I haven't shopped here much since they were bought out. Prices are too high, and I'm not willing to pay a premium for their groceries since they are no longer local. Out of convenience, I shopped here tonight. The bill seemed extraordinarily high. I asked if the Reasor's card had been applied because it seemed much more than anticipated. When I looked at the receipt, I saw that I was charged almost $30 for a cantaloupe that was supposed to be $2.48. When I asked for a refund, they said they couldn't since their customer service was closed. Highway robbery. Stay away. read more

I've not shopped a Reasor's before and here's my chance. Since I'm driving tomorrow, I'll need snacks. Laid out similar to other supermarkets, you'll walk through the produce section towards deli, bakery and other fresh foods. The back of the store is all meats and seafood. Many aisles of dry goods and groceries. The store is well lit, wide aisles and very well stocked at 7pm on a weeknight. The cart corrals were all cleared when I arrived, despite just missing out on a strong rain shower. I managed to find the bulk nuts and mixed together a bag that was half "roasted and salted cashews" with half "roasted cashews". The spigot flows mighty fast so I ended up with a good bit more than I intended. To go with that, some cheese sticks from the dairy section. The self checkout worked well and I was on my way. This Reasor's location, since it was sold to its new owners, has consistently declined in terms of product availability (bare shelves in places in the store), food quality (told meat dept. worker on previous trip that ALL of the lunch meat we looked at was past expiration dates). We've noticed this often in this store. It takes conscientious effort to properly manage a good grocery store and clearly this store needs better management. Today, they had no paper bags to bag the groceries and had run out of plastic bags as well and were using "Best Choice" plastic bags as opposed to Reasor's bags. The deli dept didn't even have proper boxing available for the chicken leg quarters we purchased! What is going on at this store? It could be So Much Better! read more

Reasor's is a NE Okla conventional grocery store chain with new owners. Prices are very, very, high (20-50%) compared to other conventional stores (Winco, Neighborhood Market). Ex: Wheaties $7.49 compared to $4.97 at nearby competitors. Only regular customers are allowed to buy sale items. You have to have a Reasor's card & be a member to get sale prices. It does provide a small discount for QT gasoline but considering their gasoline is $.10-15 cents higher than Sam's/Costco, it is totally useless card. The new owners have integrated very low quality products into their selection, especially in the meat dept. They offer a big variety of beef ranging from USDA Select to USDA Prime. Even Fresh Market has better prices on choice/prime sales than Reasor's. They seldom put the choice/prime on sale. When they do offer a good sale on choice/prime, they almost NEVER have any. Avoid buying the $.99 a pound boneless skinless chicken for dog food. It has up to 20% salt water solution injected into it. Their self checkout is difficult to use. If you use self service, you are not allowed to use paper even thou they are saving a lot of money on employee salaries. If you go through a checkstand with a paid cashier, then you can use paper. Go figure!. Office/front end manager, Katy, can be rude/offensive when something goes wrong such as you were overcharged or your digital coupons did not go through. Pharmacy is at the bottom of the list of things that are important. The drive-thru is on the passenger side of your car. This store just went through a massive renovation & they did not bother to fix this. You either have to pull going the wrong direction or back in. Pharmacy is closed a lot - sometimes up to 60 hours in a row. Kudos for installing stop signs & crosswalks. Excellent fried chicken in the deli when fresh. New owners removed a lot of clutter from shopping areas. This was once a great local supermarket chain but now seems destined for bankruptcy. read more

I just went into this Reasor's, and I was very angry about the forced mask wearing! The security guard wasn't at the exit, where people steal things, but just inside the "enter" door.... to seemingly pressure people over wearing masks. Over a year in, after my vaccination, only so much "crazy" people will deal with, I'm sorry! I will remember this..... Just got home, found out that the "Rembrandt" gouda is spoiled, I assume because it's been in plastic too long. I buy aged gouda religiously, rembrandt and the 1000 day landana. Was in a month ago while the deli was frying chicken. It smelled wonderful, but we had already eaten, so I filed it away. Woke up this morning craving fried chicken, so we decided to try it out. We got 8 pieces (mixed) for a little over $8 with tax. It tasted just like my great grandmother's. Breaded and seasoned, but not overly so, and the chicken was juicy and marvelous. Pros: We couldn't be any more pleased with our local Reasor's. They carry many products that Walmart doesn't stock; produce is fresher; store is cleaner; and Reasor's does not have the harsh overly stimulating lighting that is ubiquitous at most national chains. The Reasor's deli section is very busy after regular office hours. For a very decent price, one can get a meat, 2 sides, a roll, and a fountain drink. Deli guys are so nice and helpful. Reasor's in Jenks Oklahoma is one of the best places to shop for fresh produce, specialty items, deli, meat, and I have to mention the managers there are amazing! They're always helpful as they will walk you themselves straight to anything you can't find for some reason. Which to me is very high on customer service which is very much appreciated! You could not ask for better people at the store and pretty much all Reasor's stores in the area. Jason is an amazing hard worker who "gets it." He has a great rapport with all of his employees that he works with. Which in turn makes for great morale among all of the workers in the store. read more

Went to the store. Not crowded. No one in line in Deli except for me. Cooper the employee looked at me and said in a dismissive manner I'm busy then turned his back to me while another employee looks on. No hello, no how can I help you, then I wait and wait and wait, after a long wait of being ignored another woman walks up and he deliberately ignores me then walks up to her and waits on her to which I said how rude, I was here first waiting for a long time and you wait on someone who just walked up to which he looks at me and says nothing. I was on my lunch break trying to buy food to take back to my job and didn't appreciate this dis service so I went into the check out line and asked the cashier to get who ever is their supervisor so I could talk to them. He kept calling and asking someone and was ignored. Then some red headed woman walked up and said the manager and whoever is in charge of Cooper is not there, didn't apologize or even ask me what it was I needed to buy from the deli then in an annoyed dead pan look and tone said ok I got your feed back and walked away. The date was July 5th and in the meat department this Reasors selling expired chicken not even marked down that was dated July 2nd. What is the point of paying employees if they are going to refuse to serve a customer and refuse to sell them food? Whats the point of hiring and paying supervisors if obviously they don't need any and have expired chicken in the meat section? Seriously watch the expiration dates very closely on these products and ask them how long the fried chickens been laying out and how long that stuff has been laying out in the deli department. Also noticed that pringles chips is like at least 50 cents more than at Walmart as is many other items. Their self check out is constantly shutting down in the middle of scanning then takes forever for customer disservice to walk over and get it going again as a matter of fact the last time I was there an employee ripped me a new one for not knowing the procedure for scanning and I'm like whoa back off number one not like there are any instructions and number two I am NOT an employee of theirs and Reasors doesn't pay me to check out items. We shopped at Reasor's store in the Brookside area for the last 7 years and liked the selection of products available and especially liked the employees who always were friendly and helpful. However, Reasor's was bought out by a low end Texas-based grocer named Brookshire's in 2021 and the quality and range of products has gone downhill every since. Worse than that, the wonderful staff of checkers, managers and department heads have all departed. The new employees are not the same type of people - younger, less informed, rude, less professionally dressed. AND there are so few checkers now but there are many new self-check stations than full service where only one cash register is even open. We stood in the one staffed register mid-day last Thursday we were second line and as several more shoppers arrived and lined up no other registers were opened by the management staff - their response "we are short staffed" wasn't apologetic, just the best solution the paid employee could offer while 4 or so shoppers checked out their own groceries pointing out how poorly the shift schedule lined up with the customer headcount. Sad, but, there are other places that do appreciate my business and I will take it to them. read more

I needed butter and went to the store but when I got home saw that one butter was missing. This store is going downhill quick. I'll be so glad when Winco opens. Visited this store again today as we have for years now, but have realized that Reasor's corporate has apparently decided that they don't want to put any money into fixing this very busy store to where it meets the standard of upscale (just look at their prices) stores. This store looks worn out and grungy which is not what you want to see in a good grocery store. The floors are old and worn looking and their lighting is of warehouse quality. The bathrooms are just downright disgusting! PLEASE remodel and renew this store. We visited this Reasor's again today and they are "re-arranging" the store again. Everyone was wondering around and couldn't find what they were looking for. My wife asked a young man who worked there where the Halloween candy was and his reply was "I'm on break". Really? You can't tell her where the candy is. The management and staff of this store are AWFUL!!!! The store is still a mess. We are trying to figure out what Mr. Reasor is talking about on his tv ad about their new Wine Experience??? Some bottles of wine on a plain shelves across from the beer in a cooler is not an "experience" Mr. Reasor! Go to Trader Joe's and find out how management and staff really work and know their store and have pride in what they do and sell!!! read more

This is a very nice store. The product selection is the best in town. The produce is high quality, but not always the best prices. They have a good deli, and bulk nuts, etc. so you can make a custom trail mix. The checkout is efficient, and the lines are not too long like some stores. Nice store but definitely needs an overhaul. Aisles are narrow and people step aside for each other. You can find most items you need. No lamb shanks on a regular basis and lobster tails at $11+ per pound is competitive I suppose. No beef shins the day I went but I guess I'm looking for a specialty meat/seafood market. Would love to see this represented at Reasor's instead of having to drive to the netherregions of Tulsa. Pork belly would be a great addition, too. read more

Your cakes are delish! Your deli is great! Your flowers last a long time. My husband bought me some white roses for our anniversary on 12/3/15 & they are still alive and today is Christmas Day. On the other hand, But who puts onion in your fruit salad? I am always checking the Sonoma salad but then I see the red onions and get turned off. If you want people to buy your deli dishes, my advise is to be easy on the onions in everything. read more

But the cashier does not count your change back (no matter if you gave $20 or $50).
