Combining grocery shopping with adult beverages and live music?!? There's a playground for the littles. There's delicious cheap food. They have food and wine tastings monthly. And at the tasting events, the service and employees all go above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. The patio and the indoor store get crazy busy during the tastings and when there's live music. Definitely worth checking out!

Wow we've been to just about every Reasor's in the area except for the south BA location, this one is fancy! They have a patio area you can sit and listen to live bands and enjoy a cocktail. We came for the $7.99 ribeyes that were on sale today but we'll be back!

Reasors is well known in town to be a premium grocery store but DANG this store beats them all. Two bars, patio with play place, seating AND stage for concerts. This is the place to hangout with kids while your S.O. shops. The cafe/bar has all the amenities of the bar and deli outside at the patio with restrooms as well. The kid play area is mainly gated but also shaded. The food and service is what you expect from reasors so go grocery shop and relax!

It's just a grocery store but DANG it's a really nice store. Since Brookshires has taken over Reasor's, we've noticed a very pleasant shift in selection of items, as well as an increased investment in the design and implementation of their business. The store was pristine, well stocked and never felt too busy despite an entirely full parking lot. We shopped, had samples and brought home some really good opening day specials including 4/$20 meat selections, $1.98 Fritos and Doritos and 6-pack bottle Diet Dr. Pepper $2.78 WYB 3! When we went to check out, the lines were long and they were not utilizing every checkout, which on an opening day was disappointing; however, before I could even huff or complain, a manager swept through with Pringles and Blue Bell Ice Cream bars to keep us happy while we waited. We will definitely be back as we enjoy a leisurely shop to find new and different items, and now we know we could get a great dinner, drinks, listen to music on the patio AND THEN go grocery shop!! Excellent work Brookshires/Reasor's!!!

Strangely, it's the place to be on a Friday night. Food is reasonably priced and delicious. Drinks are super cheap. Live music is fantastic. Kid loves the playground. All they need now is heaters for the cooler nights!!

Great burgers and fries. Fun atmosphere with live music. I thought it was crazy that people were raving about grocery store burgers. It lived up to the hype.

Big, bright, roomy, well laid out, well stocked, well-staffed. Not a Central Market, but it does have an HEB feel. When I walked in, I smelled carnitas! They have a Mexican buffet in addition to their regular deli and hot foods. Dining areas inside and out. Certainly, the nicest grocery in Oklahoma. It is still a Reasor's though. I have learned from years of shopping at Reasor's, to check the expiration dates on everything: perishable foods, salads, dairy products and anything that has a best by date or sell by date. Especially check fruits and berries for mold. They are just not the best at managing their inventory. Other than that, the new Reasor's, is a welcome addition to grocery shopping options. #800

I still stock up on bargains at Costco and Sam's but I enjoy the deli and bakery at Fresh Market. They are several notches above delis and bakeries at most groceries. The employees are super friendly. This week, I had to return something and was impressed with how easy and pleasant it is to do that. I bought a bag of rotten lemons. That can happen at any grocery store. The lemons were in a yellow bag and not easy to see and they hadn't started smelling yet. I was amazed at how quick and easy the return was and how friendly the employee handling the return was. Even though Fresh Market is a little pricey, they do have specials

With the mission to bring delicious prepared meals, exceptional quality meat and seafood, peak season produce, decadent baked goods, and fresh seasonal flowers, it certainly has succeeded its mission. The high quality and specialty products unfortunately also carry with it the higher price tags. The Fresh Market is among the most expensive of the high end markets. They have an Ultimate Loyalty Experience, but the cashier couldn't tell me the actual benefits. I think it's similar to Reasor's Rewards with weekly specials. They reportedly have the Tuesday specials (to be confirmed): ground chuck and boneless chicken breast for $2.99 per pound. They also have The Little Big Meal that rotates weekly. For those interested in cooking, they have many recipes on their websites which is unique. If you love the neatness and cleanliness of Reasor's then you are going to love The Fresh Market. I cruised through the store and was thoroughly impressed. Shelves and produce were neatly stocked. Deli products and meats looked really fresh. The quality was definitely there as well as the price tags. I am just not sure if I am the target audience of The Fresh Market, definitely gearing more toward affluent people.

December 31, around 9:30-9:35 p.m., I visited Reasor's at 2429 E. 15th St., Tulsa, OK 74104, and had one of the most upsetting and unprofessional retail experiences I have ever encountered. I went directly to the checkout counter, paid for my item, and completed my purchase like any other customer. Shortly after, I realized there was a transaction issue and calmly requested a refund so the transaction could be corrected. What should have been a routine customer-service matter quickly escalated into something completely inappropriate. Instead of assisting me, I was accused of stealing, without any verification or investigation. No one checked my receipt. No one reviewed the register. No attempt was made to confirm whether I had, in fact, paid for the item. The accusation came from the security guard, but what was most concerning was the lack of leadership that followed. The manager failed to step in, failed to question the accusation, and failed to independently review the facts. Management allowed a serious claim to stand without evidence and did nothing to de-escalate the situation or protect a paying customer. This was not only unprofessional--it was humiliating. As a business owner myself, I understand that mistakes happen, but accusing a customer of theft without proof is never acceptable. Customer service should be based on facts, fairness, and respect. None of those standards was upheld during this interaction. The entire experience was degrading, unnecessary, and avoidable. I left feeling disrespected and wrongfully treated. I will not return to this location and cannot recommend it to others unless Reasor's makes great improvements in staff training, management accountability, and how customer disputes are handled. And I hadn't received an apology from the Manager. Hopefully, this gets his attention.

I hate writing bad reviews. . . Reading my review from 2023…read morewould make me feel bad but 1) there were so many other 1* reviews and 2) my review was completely accurate & remembering that experience made me angry all over again. So to my visit a few days ago: I was majorly impressed. This store, even the PARKING LOT, has been completely renovated. Beautiful wide plank flooring. So many products. Everything on my shopping list was readily available. I don't think diapers, for instance, should be in the middle of "food". 4* for the product placement. Aisles seem nonsensical. To address comments from others in their reviews, regarding the *current* atmosphere. . . .yes, Walmart is often cheaper. And being the HUGE company they are, they have access to a nonstop variety of resources, so sometimes they'll have products more available. But in acquiring those lower prices, consider the possibility of lower quality (produce). Personnel is something business have to deal with. Managers need to keep in mind you can always go elsewhere. And, Ryan (see his review), who was abused by an employee this year! should have gone straight to the manager. The complaints on prices/coupons/ads, etc. It's maddening, and appears to be structured against the consumer. LOL. My recommendation is have a plan and know the rules. Sorry, it may be a little time consuming but it gets easier through repetition. And know (this reality makes utterly no sense to me) the "sales" vary from store to store. This was pointed out to me at the 15th St store a few years back. I was looking for a particular awesome sale item, like 10 limes for $1. A manager came to the disagreement, looked at the ad, and said, "That's only at the store out on 21st". Who knew? That's why you have to choose *your* store online. (If this has changed, I'm unaware). Another tip: shop as soon as possible when ads change, I thought. They run out of product FAST. Hubby took our shopping list on a Wednesday when ads are new. He got absolutely nothing that was advertised. They told him a shipment would be in the next day. I went on Friday and got it all. So I say shop early and still feel validity in that. Hope my experience helps somewhat.
