My husband had carpal tunnel surgery and he attended Ascend for his hand therapy. This physical therapy office may specialize in hand therapy but they do it all. I recently had a lumbar spinal fusion and am going to outpatient physical therapy here. My appointments generally last an hour and consist of warm up, core/TA strengthening and muscle manipulation. I also have "homework" that o do at home. Staff is polite and respectful. I've never felt out of place or embarrassed to attempt these exercises.

The person that interacts with the patient is not the most pleasant to deal with. Once I got there though and started working with Lainey, everything changed. She is so understanding and genuinely interested in your journey to recovery. She challenges me in a way that makes it fun to go to physical therapy. The facility itself is very clean and they seem to have every piece of equipment that is possible. I had a failed total knee replacement which required nine total operations. The bone in my leg died and left me with one leg 4" shorter. I have had to use a walker and my goal is to get rid of the walker. It's great to have a goal so they can work towards it with you. If you are looking for physical therapy, I can't recommend this more.

Kelsey was so so so knowledgeable, patient, flexible with my daily twinges and aches, adapted my PT according to my needs, after 3 months I felt terrific, scar tissue was minor, my balance improved and started to walk confidently without cane. Location is fantastic, on ground level and can park right out front. Never kept waiting, always on time. Great equipment. Compared to hearing friends say they were just put on a bike, my experience was so sophisticated and comforting. Highly, highly recommend.

She keeps all my small nagging pains at bay and allowing me to train at my fullest! Please note- she is not your typical Chiropractor. She does ART (Active Release Technique), which means she digs into trigger points to help release adhesions in the muscles. It is painful, but totally worth it!

I loved our conversations together and my neck has never felt better. My quality of life has definitely improved from where I was before to after our appointments together. For context, I used to wake up with neck pain every morning, to the point where going to bed was often painful even with the thinnest of pillows -- I often had to fall asleep on ice packs to get through the pain. I also had/have chronic migraines and was in a car accident prior to meeting Dr. Ali, so my neck and back were in rough shape. I also have been an athlete since I was 5, so I'm sure that didn't make it easy on her either! She was able to immediately diagnose some of the issues I had from built up wear and tear and start me on a program for recovery. She also made the whole process so easy with the insurance from the person who hit me. She took care of it all and I only had to worry about showing up to our appointments. I never had to worry about prices and sending forms back and forth with the insurance. Not having that additional stress with fighting insurance alone was super helpful. My quality of life has definitely improved after having Dr. Ali both as a physical therapist and a chiropractor -- it's not often we find someone capable of doing both in one appointment! She also would cater the care to my body's needs and how I was feeling. There were times where my neck was too sensitive for the typical chiropracty, but she had tools that made the process so much better -- decreasing my pain levels without adding to it. The tools she had were definitely a game changer. She would also change the procedures to fit my improvements or alter them for my needs at the time. I came in after going on a walk/hike started hurting my hips, and she was able to adjust them as well to relieve that pain too. She and I had great conversations where she would check in on me and remember things going on in my life and see how she could improve my conditions. She made me feel like I had her not only as a doctor, but also as a concerned friend. I really felt like she was doing her best to take care of me in every way. They are 100% attentive and their diagnostic as well as clinical skills are fabulous and effective. I showed up post op with limited mobility and lots of pain and I left flexible and pain free! Excellent clinic, clean and bright and infection control is perfectly consistent throughout the facility. The insurance and fee collection- business side of the clinic is fair, patient centered and clinically appropriate. Love this place but I am happy to be able to leave and enjoy my life and be back to good health.
