Not only are their facilities nice and clean, but the owners and all the teachers / staff are endlessly kind and supportive. I love the classes, always feel incredible after, and have got my friend hooked too so I have a buddy to go with! We book classes on the MindBody app which makes it easy to make sure we have a spot, and I love that I can rinse off in the shower before I hop in the car. If you're interested in hot yoga, this is absolutely the perfect studio to start off, get back into it, or continue a practice if you're already a full blown yogi. So grateful I found them!

I tried to attend classes at different times throughout the day to get the feel of the crowd, different instructors, and variety of class flows. All classes go at a fairly quick pace so you will need to know your yoga poses or peek over at your neighbors. Don't worry, there are plenty of people in class. It ranged anywhere from 10 to 30 yogis. The Sculpt and Detox Flows are the best classes as they incorporate dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, and resistant bands. Fun stuff! The instructors are helpful, upbeat, and motivating. A cold, wet lavender towel is offered at the end of class and it is truly blissful after an hour of 100+ degree of hot, sweaty yoga. It is pricey at $150 per month or $25 per class but it really is worth it if you go a few times a week. It was so addicting that I went 12 times in 14 days. Just after two weeks, I felt leaner, stronger, and more carefree.

They no longer offer evening (6:30), late evening (8:00) classes, or advanced flow classes. If you work, it is economical to use class pass than to become a monthly member. The instruction is different too. 6 years ago, the teachers used to explain/demonstrate the pose, make corrections, and describe what to work on; I've tried several teachers, and now, they just call out the pose. Some knew I'm (was) a returnee: still, so distant, so aloof every time. Also, the cue, "If it's in your practice, do an inversion", or praising a student on his beautiful jump back. OK. Is anyone interested in helping us make these part of our practice? The studio is still beautiful and spacious. And I am eternally grateful to the wonderful teachers who taught me the fundamentals so well. Time to move on.

I'm so glad I joined this studio, the teachers offer a variety of classes which I love and they provide very good cues for alignment which is really important to me! I love the meditation room and the cool events they offer! The studio is clean and very welcoming. I do wish they offered a few classes that were hot yoga or at least warm yoga - sometimes the studio is pretty chilly which makes it hard for my muscles to relax! I understand having that amount of heat in a studio can be costly but even if just one or two classes were heated that'd be soooo nice!! Otherwise I love this studio so far and I'm looking forward to taking many classes there
