    Beautiful Arrangement!

    We went down the street to Rebecca's for a floral arrangement. We were greeted by a very nice young lady and explained what we were looking for. She took down notes and said she knew exactly what we wanted. She hit the nail on the head. They are absolutely gorgeous! They were delivered as promised. Will definitely be going back!

    I have used this florist over 20 times and their flowers last and stay beautiful. I special ordered peonies and they came fresh, open fully over the next few days and stunning! Staff is always helpful and polite!

    While I appreciate the owner updating my review on my behalf, I did say the flowers were acceptable. However, as my mom, the original sender of of the flowers, and her local florist in Ohio who assisted my mom in arranging the original order with Rebeccas, also contacted Rebeccas in an effort to make this right, they were met with excuses as to why the original delivery was lackluster. Rebecca did reach out via text immediately after my initial review, as she did with at least one other reviewer, but customers shouldn't have to receive mediocre flowers in hopes they won't complain, especially on a social media platform. If the job was done correctly the first time, there might be rave reviews. I did appreciate the 2nd delivery, it was a marked improvement and all flowers lasted a long time however, Rebeccas did not earn my business.

    UPDATE!!! I received a beautiful arrangement today from Rebecca's Floral. Bottom line - she made it right. Not everyone would have, but SHE did! YAY!!! A friend of mine ordered flowers for me through a 1-800 service. The local vendor was Rebecca's Floral. The order was placed on Friday, 12/4, asking for same day delivery. It was not available. It was then scheduled for Saturday, 12/5. She then learned there was no one available to "design" directly from the vendor. Monday,12/7, rolls around and I get a notification via my phone that someone was at my door. No doorbell, no knock - nothing. I opened the door to find this pitiful arrangement. I immediately took a photo and sent it to my friend, thanking her. I REALLY sent it to her so she would know what was delivered. She immediately contacted the 1-800 number along with the photo of what was delivered. They agreed it was not acceptable. I was to receive the ORDERED arrangement. I am still waiting for it. She was also told she would get a $15 credit for her trouble. She received an email from the local florist through the 1-800 flower company stating the arrangement was appropriate for what she paid - $85.85. Flowers were $47.99 (on sale), $19.95 service fee, $9.99 delivery fee, plus tax. Both she and I have reached out to Rebecca's. Answering service. Crickets. Approximately 18 months ago I placed an order through them for delivery. Similar issues, but at that time I was able to speak with the owner. I told myself to never use them again. And then THIS happened.... Do you think this is comparable to the photo and acceptable for the price she paid? (Be sure to click on the photos to get the full effect.)

    Ordered thru Ftd - this place filled the order of 2 dozen roses - most were either dropped , mostly dead or brown - terrible just terrible !

    Went here looking to figure out the type of shrub we had in our front yard that died. Since she has…read moreboxwoods and a few other shrubs we stopped in to check. When we asked the owner if she could help us with a Chinese Holly she stated "I don't carry anything like that" I asked if Chinese Hollys were typical for this area because the boyfriend just had a new house built and the builder couldn't tell us what type of shrubs they were. So we told her we weren't for sure if it was an actual Chinese holly but asked to show her a picture of it to see if she could identify it and she stated "it wouldn't be any use, because I don't carry anything like that". When I asked if they were typical around this area she didn't answer and said a bigger nursery should be able to help you. My boyfriend and I are not experts and that's why we came to a nursery to ask for help and point us in the right direction even if she doesn't carry anything like it, it would have been great if she could just tell us if it was even a holly bush or a boxwood. Her demeanor was very rude and she acted as if she didn't want to help us. Not a great way to do business. Definitely won't be stopping back by here.

    In some regards this review is a variation of a "toss-up" aka Heads or Tails. And the outcome very…read morewell could be dependent on customer service. In previous excursions to HD stores at various locations over the years and across the US, my experiences have run the gamut of fantastic (Heads) to Absolutely Awful (Tails) to Phenomenally Disrespectful (Lost the Coin). Bottom line for the most part is my perception is that Customer Service often is reflective of managerial training and support of local staff...and that goes all the way to the top of the HD Chain. (IMHO respect for Veterans often touted in their ads, needs to be more honest and more consistent. I'm not looking for a handout...just the respect HD says it provides....but only sometimes.) Fortunately, for this specific Franklin Home Depot and this curbside trip, Customer Service was a "Heads." It came with prompt, courteous attention to my purchase and the process of pickup. The store had what I ordered on line (in stock) and they delivered it curbside only minutes after arriving and checking in (via phone). The process of checking is was a bit cumbersome, but it worked! And ultimately it worked well. Heads!

    This company is trash, I purchased a Dish Washer on 10/4 I was told it would be delivered on 10/21,…read morethey called at 3:00 pm it will not be delivered tomorrow, 10/23 we will fix it and make it right. 10/23 they show up 2 guys coming in calling me boss and man, and say you need a plumber, keep in mind I paid for delivery and installation, maybe they should have sent a plumber or, or I should of just went to Lowe's. edit: no need I have cancelled that order, cancelled my card and went to Lowe's down from your store and purchased the EXACT SAME product that will be delivered on 10/29. You guys dropped the ball about 4 times to many. Lowe's said the will send out a plumber or professional installer. How do you send someone to install something and they don't know how? Do you just toss appliances in box trucks in the morning and they put 2 random people in those trucks????? I'd love an answer? Also the link you sent doesn't work, that's PERFECT Home Depot standard!!!!!!
