I could not have been more pleased with the job Casey and her team did for our rehearsal dinner. We met together and developed a plan. She listened to my ideas and made some suggestions that I followed that were exactly the right direction. I gave her what I thought was a bit conservative budget for the 14 centerpieces and 10 smalls but she far exceeded my expectations for our event. The arrangements were stunning, included all the flowers and greenery I specifically requested plus a variety of additional greenery and flowers, and were made of fresh top quality flowers. I transported the flowers after the event to friends and kept some for my home. I watered them all every day, including the night of the event, and amazingly still have some lovely roses and greenery 2 full weeks later! They delivered everything to the venue on time. I did not use their break down service, but as part of it they create arrangements they deliver to local nursing homed so that their gorgeous flowers are not wasted. read more

I am not in town, so I was browsing their website for a sympathy gift for a friend of mine. They have a very wide selection at a variety of price points. You are bound to find something that you love, not just something suitable. We opted for a sympathy basket. I placed the order over the phone, since I wanted to know if it would be possible to make a slight modification to the types of flowers included in the basket. Jessica on the phone was very kind, helpful, and patient, and assured me that my modification was possible. Once the customization request was put in, and the message on the note was decided on, it came time to choose the delivery options. They have same day delivery, but next day worked better for me. The delivery fee was around $15, which I thought was reasonable, especially given the quick turnaround of the request. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience, given the unfortunate circumstance.
