I LOVE "Rebecca's Flower Shoppe"! FTD left me high and dry but Rebecca SAVED THE DAY! And, hey, guess what? More often than not, when you call Rebecca's SHE ANSWERS THE PHONE! Yep! I needed flowers NOW and she, not only made sure my order arrived by Christmas (with less than a 30-hour window...and yes, there may have been a bit of panic and a fair amount of less-than-Christmas-like-language going on here BEFORE I called Rebecca's, but I digress...) I go to Rebecca's Flower Shoppe for both personal and business flowers. I am always happy with the wonderful service by Rebecca, Jana and her wonderful staff not to mention the beautiful arrangements they create, oftentimes made on short notice. I would like to comment on the 1 star rating and comments I read given 7/29/17 from Phuong L. of Lake Stevens. While I cannot speak to her experience because I did not witness the incident, as a customer I have to say I always ask for permission when I'd like to take a photo in a commercial setting - and more important, I am fully prepared for the answer to be no and I fully respect that. It's just standard courtesy and one thing to remember, when you enter a shop you are entering a shopowner's 'home' so to speak - it would be no different if a stranger entered your personal home. Nowadays armed with cell phones and their accompanying cameras everyone feels it's no big deal to snap photos anywhere and everywhere but in some businesses they do ask that you do not photograph to protect their proprietary wares, artist's artwork and designs. It's good to remember to just practice courtesy and respect. read more

Rebecca's is, without a doubt, the go-to shop for floral arrangements and gifts in Bellingham. I have known her and the shop for over ten years. She is extraordinarily caring, as are all her employees. I only come to the area periodically from the Midwest, but cannot recommend them more enthusiastically. This shop is full of beautiful flowers, and has a great build-your-own air plant terrarium station that was fun, lots of different glass bottles to pick from and great looking plants. But most of all the staff was extremely friendly and greeted us warmly, and after I selected a few plants they were able to tell me the care and lots of facts, they obviously care a lot about what they do. If I can give a negative rating to this place I would have. I took my sister in law to visit Fairhaven for the first time. She was so in love with the area and wanted to document her trip with lot of pictures and that was she did four five hours we were ther. She took pictures of street signs, sculptures, wild flowers, stores every thing. On the way back to our car we stopped at Rebecca's Flower Shop because she saw couple things I had at the house and I told her I purchased from this store. We came inside, my hands were full from our purchases and she got so excited started taking pictures on her camera, documenting before she buy anything, the lady came over, I assumed the owner, told her to stop and before I knew SHE SHOVED MY SISTER IN LAW WHILE GRAPPING THE CAMERA OFF HER HER HAND. I was in absolutely shock!!!! Who does this to their customers???. We left the place but I would never go back go recommend the store to anyone. read more
