My appointment was changed due to "babysitting issues" but I saw her coming out of the sauna (no kids) wt the same time as my original appointment. Rochester is a small town. 3). During multiple appointments, the owner was scrolling through Facebook and texting during my session. She thought she was being sneaky but wasn't. Great support staff. Very kind and friendly. I won't reveal my identity because the defensive and crappy remarks that were made on the last bad review tell me you can't take any criticism. Learn some humility, you might get farther along.
