The worker literally kicked him out the door and then followed him out to the parking lot and started trying to beat him with the store sign that's in front of the building. He broke my friend's car fob in the process. Luckily my friend was not hurt. This is the way he was treated for wanting to get a trade for a faulty product. By the way, my friend is a real chill dude that would not start anything. I don't know what's up with this worker but beware.
