The lack of professionalism, accountability, and consistency in how customers are treated is unacceptable. I left feeling dismissed and disrespected. Management seriously needs to address both their equipment issues and how their staff handles customer concerns. Don't waste your money or time at this establishment.

Only one minor issue to start the the staff was prompt and friendly about getting it fixed. They have bumpers available for the kids and the animations between frames keeps them amused if they aren't completely into bowling. There are also an arcade and snack area both of which we skipped since we'd just eaten and we're headed to nap time but they looks clean and well kept. Finally, they offer a very nice "defender" discount for military, LEO, and I think fire/EMS which made the price very reasonable for our family

UPDATE 12/9/18 Refund has been processed. ---------------------------------------------------- I have been contacted by a representative of the business (owner?), and he has begun the process of reconciliation. They have offered to refund my purchase of the party and food for the guests. This is a step in the right direction by them and, as of now, has not been completed.
