Eric did not listen to my questions, put me in severe pain, would answer the phone and leave me on the table while he held a 10 minute conversation. It's an assembly line PT system - 3 people being treated at once while he jumps from one patient to another, yells an order to do the next excercise while jumping to the next person. I did the EXACT SAME EXCERCISES on the table for 2 months as he gave me at my first visit in the take home pamphlet to do at home (basically 2 months of leg lifts and ankles rolls for $400/visit). Terrible table side manner. Painful pushing on my knee that even my doctor told him to reel back on. Did not care to discuss the injury, just wanted to move me through the excercise plan and check off the boxes. I do not recommend going here. read more

My boyfriend called Rebound Physical Therapy after I had a pickle ball injury at the end of the day. We were on vacation and didn't know where to go. Eric Wahlberg answered the phone and told us to head over and he could do a quick evaluation so he could direct where to go. Eric met us at the car with crutches in hand and adjusted them to my height so I could get in the building. He did an evaluation on my leg and saved us a trip to the Emergency Room on our vacation. Not only did he see me on short notice, but also did not charge for the visit or crutches!!!! 3 weeks later Eric called to check in on me to make sure I had gotten the appropriate medical care when I got home. His kindness and willingness to help made it apparent how dedicated he is to his profession, and how much he cares for his patients!!! read more
