During a recent visit, the owner told me he could no longer honor that rate unless the terms were changed to six visits per month. While I understand that businesses evolve, changing the terms of an existing membership without notice or consent crosses an important line for me. I stayed loyal through years of internal changes, staff turnover, and operational instability, choosing to remain focused on my own care and to continue supporting the business in good faith. Ultimately, this experience highlighted a clear difference in values around honoring commitments and long-term client relationships. As a result, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. if you're at all anxious about getting an iv this is not the place to go. they forgot about me in a room for 25 minutes after having me do the video intake with dr. they did the iv in a chair by the front door and receptionist desk who did not stop talking and the front door kept opening which was freezing on top of my arm and hand being cold from the iv. I asked for a blanket once I heard them offer one to someone else. luckily my sister suggested I put in headphones. I am home now and still chilled and shaking. I will not be back. Not the best place in Bend for IV therapy. Like at all. They treat you in their lobby while other customers come and go. There is no privacy and their door doesn't close, so there is a freezing cold draft whilst you are getting your IV. You can also hear every person's personal info while they check in, bc you are in their lobby. I went to another place in town with full massage chairs, it was a lovely environment. Rise needs to step up their game if they are going to charge so much for a sub-par wellness experience. It was also a pain to video call with a nurse in another state to get the IV. Are their nurses not capable of doing that? So weird. read more

I am surprised by a couple of the recent reviews. I purchased one of the packages and come here often. The staff has never once been anything other than genuinely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable etc. and the facility is spotless. It's true some people get their IVs in the front area but you can get them in a more private are if desired. Some of us like to socialize instead! I've been to another IV place in Bend and they employed high pressure sales tactics that made me feel like I was buying a car or a gym membership. No pressure here at all. It's never too crowded and I always feel welcome. I highly recommend the full body cryo. It's not as scary as it looks and puts you in a good mood for the rest of the day. Not impressed with the customer service here. I walked in and asked if they had a menu that I could look at and take with me. After an awkward few seconds of all four women just staring at me one finally asked me if I'd like an order of eggs. They all got a long lasting chuckle at my expense. The clinic is very nice, clean, and easy to locate. All of the equipment is also top notch. This is a very small business being run by a husband and wife team so they are very attentive and willing to walk you through the whole process. Cryotherapy is a really interesting form of therapy. I did it for the first time with low expectations. I think I'll have to try it a few more times to see if it actually works for me and my specific injuries. I also tried Normatec compression therapy which was also a first and seems affective. If you have pain or are a high level athlete you should give it a try. Very upset with this location, I had purchased a promo before mothers day so my son could give his mom something special. It was 3 services for $59 but I told them I wasn't sure when she'd be able to schedule her appointment since she's very busy on a daily basis. They told me no problem and put it on a gift card so my son would have something physical to hand her on mothers day. Now less than 2 months from mothers day she finally scheduled her services only to be told the promo price went to $79 for the same services and that her gift card would not be honored for what it was intended for. The price isn't even the issue it's the lack of customer service, acting as if my wife was trying to finagle something extra from them. So rude. And now i look the fool for their acts. Forever Free Cryotherapy is awesome! Garrett and Rachel are amazing people that genuinely care about helping people achieve a healthier life! I came in and got a cryo session. It was a pretty fun experience. They let me pick my favorite song to listen to while I was in the cryo machine and we all sang my song as I got treatment. It was fun! I felt amazing after the treatment, I felt so alive and refreshed. I was ready to go again! Forever Free Cryotherapy's atmosphere is uplifting and life giving. They have a awesome set up with 2 changing rooms, a large room where they have multiple lounge chairs for their Normatec ( which is a machine that you put on around your legs or hips and it massages your legs. It like pushes the blood from one end of your legs to the other and it helps lactic acid go away. I did it and it felt like I had new legs afterwards. I loved it! They also have two separate infared saunas! I didn't get to do those but I am going to next time I am there. They have a couple hand held massage tools that Garrett used on my to work out my sore spots and muscle tension. It felt soo good! And they also have a vibrating platform machine that felt amazing as well! I stretched while I was on it and did some muscle activations as well. Overall, I felt like a professional athlete while I was there. I am a average joe, but it was so good for my body to get to use the same equipment and machines that professional athletes use! Rise Wellness is an extraordinary establishment! I have tried almost all of the services that are provided and I love them all. Rise Wellness has generous monthly membership options and I have chosen the option that allows me to come in daily. For years, I have struggled with debilitating illnesses. I have spent 20 years trying to feel and be healthier, often with little to no results from my efforts. After my first month at Rise Wellness I upped my visits from once or twice a week to five or six days a week. In this last month I have been STUNNED at the numerous positive changes I am already seeing and feeling. I also enjoy utilizing the Infrared Sauna, Compression Boots, Celluma LED Light Therapy, Ozone Sauna, CryoFacial, and Cardio machine when I come in. (Not all on the same day of course.) So glad Rachel and Garrett came to Bend with Cryo! I admit to being a bit of a skeptic having tried just about everything else for years of back issues. But a cryo appt is quick (takes a couple minutes) so not having time to try it wouldn't have been a good excuse. Gotta say, tried it and love it! One visit and I was able to pull off an 8 hour drive easily. The cold is a different kind of cold and really manageable. I've definitely been way colder on the mountain.
