I made an attempt to get a refund for his fake products and they said they would only refund the ones I didn't use. Since I found out they are all fake I wanted my money back for all of them. Hello. I exclusively smoke Select Cartridges & instead of driving to my usual dispensary I stumbled upon Fast & Friendly Delivery Service. I bought the deal apparently 2 Carts of SELECT Elite and you get 2 Carts of SELECT Elite free. That's almost $300 worth at my normal dispensary. What even through me for a loop is that they gave me another cart for free (31 flavors Orange Creamsicle) and to Top it off a $1 lotto ticket and they even got here in an hour or less. All for $110 Delivered! So why 2 Stars? I opened up a Maui Wowie and took some puffs, the taste was somewhat tropical in flavor, but the effects seemed off. So I thought what the heck...Ill just open up another one...maybe something was off about that one. Oddly enough the liquid from the granddaddy purple was the exact color as the Maui Wowie (really light in color) usually the colors are more of a clear amber & the bubble would take forever to rise to the top if tipped upside down. So I turned both Carts upside down and the liquid is really thin & the bubble moves to the top quick. I also noticed that there's no bar codes on the top of the box. Why is that? Also all my other carts have a California Sticker on the actual cart & your version of SELECT don't. Why is that? So I ordered from this company a while back (probably about 5 months ago) because they had a crazy deal on cartridges. Just like other people are saying, they didn't have the product I wanted so they offered me some other ones with a few edibles. At the time they had all great reviews. I never ended up finishing all the cartridges because they made me have chest pain and tasted terrible. They've been stashed in drawer. Now that I have read some of the other reviews and done some research on fake cartridges I had to make a review of my own. 1. I ordered a bunch of different Rove cartridges hybrid and sativas. They ALL have the same exact stickers and batch number on them. I'm not believing if you had all these different strains of cannabis they would all have the same exact thc/cbd content 2. On Roves website they tell you everyone they distribute to and guess what...you guessed it Fast and Friendly isn't on the list. 3. The other people who have had this same complaint get a run around answer. "Oh we get the product from a manufacturer" ok name the manufacturer so we can leave them a review AND quit buying from them if everyone is complaining. F and F used to be amazing. I haven't used their services in quite some time. Had some old rewards cards so I figured I'd use them. Went Online to put in an order. I got a medical recommendation to avoid taxes but turns out the website was wrong and they no longer charge taxes anyway so that was a waste. I Put in my order and even though Mike told me previously that they would take my rewards cards, the person reviewing my order told me that not only did they didn't actually have any I'd the products I had ordered online But they would not accept my rewards cards which added up to about $100. She said she would convert them into their new point system to get 1 free gift with each purchase. Ummmm the cards say the values never expire so converting them to a point system vs a dollar for dollar credit as the card promisees is a major fail. It doesn't matter if they have a new system. The old rewards credits should be honored as such. If I buy a gift card to Cheesecake Factory for $100 they can't just tell me that they won't accept it but instead will offer a free dessert each time I come in. ITS NOT THE SAME THING.
