Came over to the Eagle Rock location as I saw on Weed Maps they had a strain I wanted. The amount of inventory they have is insane. Staff were very knowledgeable as well. They also have a parking lot here and "punch cards" for frequent buyers. They also accept debit cards, but there is a $4 surcharge for using them. read more

So this is my usual shop. I've been coming here since they opened, they are awesome security guard Chris is amazing. There's also this young lady Nelly, who works there always has a smile on her face. It doesn't matter what bud tender always very pleasant. They also have great sales so look on their website or weed maps or call in they're really good about answering questions when you call. One of the worst shops I've ever visited. The customer service was decent, but the herb I purchased was packaged in July 2025 and it's now February 2026. I didn't check the packaging date until I started breaking it up and realized it was mostly dust and small, weak nugs. Even with a 30% discount, I still paid $98, which makes the quality even more disappointing. Easily some of the worst weed I've come across in a while. Can't say I have a favorite bud tender because they are all great and only want to help you get the best product. They always have the best deals, if not their pricing is very good. Was super disappointed. Since this shop has opened on York it's been my go to shop. Came in today from outta town and I already knew what I wanted. There was nobody in line. Told Budtender #5 what I wanted and he passed me an over to budtender #10 while playing around and making jokes. I chose something that was the last item and it wouldn't ring up. By this time I've been in the shop for 15mins #10 tried to get me out as soon as she could but who ever was she kept asking is it refresh was not urgent and seem to not care. I said it's fine. And she said we fixed it but when #10 went back to the screen it was still not fixed and item still was not there n the system. I was so disappointed with the lack of urgency and the fact that the budtenders really didn't know what to do when it came down to the last items. I just hope management works with the team when it comes down to inventory so customers don't have to wait any longer then we have to.
