The office staff is horrible and rude... at best! The place is packed with 20-30 smelly old people, and the waiting area opens right out to the elements, so every time the door opens, freezing wind blows in. Staff from his office and other offices in the building smoke right outside his door, so the smelly smoke also blows in. So just imagine the triple-threat of ice cold smoke filled air, mixing with the smelly old people B.O. Yuck! As for the doctor... very odd bedside manner. His attempts at humor, to defuse the frustration of waiting almost 3 hours, did not help at all! Only made me more angry. Apparently he thinks hes a funny wise guy. He's not! And worst off all, all the things he found, and burned off, on my decaying half-century body, have all grown back a few months later. The visit was a complete waste of time, and money.
